填表说明
1、研究项目必须是近期可望取得重要成果，达到国际
国内先进水平的国家重点科技项目，或在国防建设中亟待研究的国防重点科研项目。
2、研究项目所属学科必须具有博士学位授予权。
3、研究项目负责人必须是博士生指导教师。
4、研究项目必须有符合国家规定条件的博士后初步
人选。
5、随《报批表》须附交能反映项目内容、项目负责人
基本情况、经费情况等的项目计划书或合同书的复印件。
6、《报批表》及计划书（或合同书）复印件须一式两
份送中国博士后科学基金会。
