PEP五年级下册《Unit4 What are you doing?》教学设计一、教材分析:PEP教材五年级下册第五单元的课题是What are you doing?的第一课时,包括A部分Let’s learn. 本册书的四、五、六单元的主要内容就是现在进行时,而在本节课出现的五个动词短语中,do the dishes是五(上)Unit 4要求四会的词组,read a book, cook dinner在五(上)中学过意思相同的两个短语read books和cook the meals,并且属于四会内容。
draw pictures , answer the phone 在前几册中也出现过,总之,五个动词短语的前三个对学生来说比较简单。
针对这种情况,我采用由易到难、由旧知识练习新句型的教学策略,以此来降低学生理解及表达的难度。
二、设计理念:五年级学生,通过两年多的英语学习,他们已经掌握了一定的英语词汇及简单句型,能使用英语对熟悉的事物进行描述。
英语学习兴趣浓厚,模仿力强,好奇心强,喜欢表现自己。
因而我注重以学生为主体,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生积极参与,注重学生对课文的整体感知,《英语课程标准》指出基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生综合语言运用能力。
结合新大纲的要求,以交际为目的的原则,运用情景教学法,使学生体会英语与现实世界的紧密联系,注重学生的实践活动,鼓励学生通过自主、合作、探究学习,来增强学生的英语运用能力。
三、教学目标:(一)、知识目标:1、能听、说、读、写动词短语及其ing 形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。
2、能听说、认、读句型“What are you doing?”及其回答“I’m doing the dishes/….”。
Unit 4 What are you doing?一、教学内容:第一课时:Main Scene A. Let’s learn A. let’s play二、教学目标:1.认知目标:(1)能听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone.(2)能运用句子“What are you doing? I am doing the dish es/…”询问别人正在做什么并回答。
(3)听Let’s chant内容。
(4)学唱歌曲“What are you doing?”2.能力目标:能够撑握五个动词短语的ing形式,并能运用句型What are you doing?并能用I am …作答。
3.情感目标:(1)培养沉重热爱生活的美好情感。
(2)引导学生注重合作,培养沟通和交流的能力。
三、教学重难点:1.重点:掌握五个动词短语的ing形式;掌握句型What are you doing?并能用I am doing the dishes。
2.难点:动词短语的ing形式的读音。
四、教学准备:1.教学方法:情景教学法,故事教学法,游戏教学法。
2.教具:本课时的单词卡片;录音机和本课时的磁带。

之后,请第一组学生代表将短语卡贴到相应的动作图片下,贴的同时第一组其他组员共同说出一个句子,如:He’s writing an e-mail.,接着由第二组代表贴图说句子,第二组组员说句子,依此类推,直至各小组都进行过。
