教学内容:Step 1:Warm-up and lead in观看“兔子生病,去看大夫”的FLASH.并提出问题:1.What’s wrong with the rabbit?2.What do you usually do when you are ill?从而引出“seeing the doctor”Unit 1 I haven’t done much exercise since I got my computer.设计意图:带着问题看动画,不仅能提高学生对英语的学习爱好,而且又能够让学生明确观看目的。
Step 2:Presentation—words、phrases出现本单元的相关单词、短语及句型的图片,让学生猜一猜,词语,短语,句子。
比如fever--have/has got a fever--He has got a fever.并通过交际教学法,用师生问答的方式引导学生初步把握本单元的重点内容。

从全书来看,本模块承接上一模块对现在完成时的学习和运用,内容有层次的展开,学生容易接受。

Since 意为“自…以来”用法如下,(1)作介词,后接时间点,谓语动词用现在完成时。
如:I have taught at this school since 1997.自从1997年我就在这所学校教书。
(2)作连词,用于引导时间状语从句。
常用于句型it is +时间段+since ….,指“自从…已经…时间了”。
如:It is three years since he was here. 自从他来到这里已经三年了。
4、It can be very harmful to your health.这对你的健康有害。
(1)Be harmful to sb./sth. 对某人或某物有害,例如:Smoking is harmful to your health.吸烟对你的健康有害。
【拓展】 do harm to sb./sth. 意为“对某人/某物有害”。
其中harm 为不可数名词。
如:It does harm to our environment.他对我们的环境有害。
(2)health 作为名词,意为“健康”,形容词为healthy, stay/keep healthy 意为“保持健康”当堂达标:一、用所给词的适当形式填空。
