Unit 1 My New School

I am so excited because I am going to a new school. It is a middle

school and I will be in Grade 7. I am looking forward to meeting

my new classmates and teachers. I am sure I will make many new

friends. I am sure I will learn a lot of new things and have a lot of

fun. I can’t wait to start my new school!

Unit 2 Our School Rules

Our school has a lot of rules, and they are very important. We have

to be on time for class and respect our teachers and classmates. We

have to wear our uniforms and keep our classrooms clean. We also

have to do our homework every day and study hard. We must not

cheat in exams or fight with each other. These rules help us to have

a safe and happy school life.

Unit 3 My Class

I am in Class 7 Grade 7. My class has 30 students and we are like a

family. We help each other and share our happiness and sadness.

We have a great teacher who is very kind and patient. He always

encourages us to do our best and never gives up. We all love our

class and school life.

Unit 4 My Schoolbag

My schoolbag is very important to me. It is blue and has many

pockets. In it, I have my textbooks, notebooks, pens and pencils. I also have my lunch box, water bottle and a few snacks. My

schoolbag is my best friend as it helps me to carry all my things to

school.

Unit 5 My Favorite Subject

My favorite subject is English. I love learning new words and

reading interesting stories. I also like writing stories and poems.

My English teacher is very nice and always encourages us to speak

in English. I am sure I will learn a lot of new things in English this

year.

Unit 6 After School

After school, I usually go home and have a rest. Then I do my

homework and have dinner with my family. On weekends, I like to

play with my friends or watch movies. Sometimes I go to the park

or the library. I always have a lot of fun and enjoy my after-school

life.

Unit 7 My Hobbies

I have many hobbies. I like playing basketball and badminton with

my friends. I also like reading books and listening to music. My

favorite hobby is drawing. I like to draw pictures of people,

animals and nature. I also like to write stories. I am sure I will have

a lot of fun with my hobbies.

Unit 8 Sports Day

Sports Day is one of my favorite days of the year. We have

different kinds of sports competitions such as running, jumping,

throwing and relay races. I always try my best and have a lot of fun.

The winners get medals and certificates. Sports Day is a great way

to stay healthy and have fun with my friends.

Unit 9 A Healthy Lifestyle

I believe that a healthy lifestyle is very important. I always eat

healthy food and exercise every day. I also get enough sleep and

try to stay away from unhealthy habits such as smoking and

drinking. I think it is important to keep our bodies and minds

healthy so that we can stay happy and energetic.

My Fun Summer Vacation

This summer was the best summer ever! I had so much fun

doing all kinds of cool things. I went to the beach, had sleepovers

with my friends, and even went camping with my family. Let me

tell you all about it!

In June, my family took a trip to the ocean. We stayed in a

beach house right by the sand. I loved playing in the waves and

making sandcastles. My little brother tried to bury me in the sand,

but I got him back by splashing him with water. We had a contest

In this unit, we learn about countries like China, the USA,
