1．工业锅炉 蒸汽主要用于工业生产和采暖的锅炉。

按GB1921—80工业蒸汽锅炉参数系列的规定，工业锅炉出口蒸汽压力最大为2.45兆帕(25公斤力／厘米。

，表压力)最大连续蒸发量最大为65吨／时(t ／h)。

2．热水锅炉 用于产生热水的锅炉。

锅炉出水温度<130℃的热水锅炉，称为低温热水锅炉；出水温度≥130℃的热水锅炉，称为高温热水锅炉。

3．快装锅炉 根据运输条件所允许的范围，在锅炉制造厂完成总装整台发运出厂的锅炉。

4．组装锅炉 在锅炉制造厂内将整台锅炉分成几个装配齐全的大件，运到安装工地后可以将它们方便地组合而成的锅炉。

5．散装锅炉 安装工作主要在安装工地进行的锅炉。

6．水管锅炉烟气在受热面管子外部流动，水或汽水混合物在管子内部流动的锅炉。

水管锅炉包括：(1)横锅筒锅炉锅筒纵向轴线与锅炉前后轴线相垂直的水管锅炉。

(2)纵锅筒锅炉锅筒纵向轴线与锅炉前后轴线平行的水管锅炉。

(3)D形锅炉半部为炉膛，半部为对流烟道的双锅筒D形结构的水管锅炉(图1一16)。

7．锅壳锅炉又称火管锅炉。

蒸发受热面主要布置在锅壳内的锅炉，包括立式锅壳锅炉、卧式锅壳锅炉和固定式机车锅炉。

二、压力垂直、均匀地作用在物体单位面积上的力，叫压力，实际应称为压强，常用符号P 表示。

其单位是兆帕(MPa)，已废除的计量单位是公斤力／厘米2(kgf／cm2)。

兆帕和公斤力／厘米2的换算是：0.098(或0.1)兆帕(MPa)=1公斤力／厘米2(kgf／cm2)。

1．大气压力大气层的重量所产生的压力，叫大气压力。

1个标准大气压力相当于0.1兆帕(MPa)[1.033公斤力／厘米2(kgf／cm2)]。

锅炉名词解释1、火力发电厂(fossil—fired power plant ;thermal power plant)利用化石燃料燃烧释放的热能发电的动力设施，包括燃料燃烧释热和热能电能转换以及电能输出的所有设备、装置、仪表器件，以及为此目的设置在特定场所的建筑物、构筑物和所有有关生产和生活的附属设施。

2、锅炉(boiler)利用燃料燃烧释放的热能或其他热能加热给水或其他工质以生产规定参数和品质的蒸汽、热水或其他工质(蒸气)的机械设备。

用于发电的锅炉称电站锅炉。

在电站锅炉中，通常将化石燃料(煤、石油、天然气等)燃烧释放的热能，通过受热面的金属壁面传给其中的工质——水，把水加热成具有一定压力和温度的蒸汽，所产生的蒸汽则用来驱动汽轮机，把热能转换为机械能，汽轮机再驱动发电机，将机械能变为电能供给用户。

锅炉、汽轮机、发电机合称火力发电厂三大大机。

电站锅炉又泛称为蒸汽发生器。

3、热力学(thermo dynamics)研究各种能量(特别是热能)的性质及其相互转换规律，以及与物质性质之间的关系的学科，是物理学的一个分支。

热力学着重研究物质的平衡状态以及与平衡状态偏离不大的物理、化学过程，近代已扩大到对非平衡态过程的研究。

工程热力学是以热力学的两个基本定律为基础的。

因为热能转变为机械能是通过工质的状态变化过程和热力循环而完成的，所以对过程和循环分析是工程热力学的主要内容。

4、工质实现热能和机械能相互转化的媒介物质，叫做工质。

为了获得更多的功，要求工质有良好的膨胀性和流动性、价廉、易得、热力性能稳定、对设备无腐蚀作用，而水蒸汽具有这种性能，发电厂采用水蒸汽作为工质。

5、状态参数。

凡能够表示工质状态特性的物理量，就叫做状态参数。

例如：温度T、压力p、比容ひ、内能u、焓h、熵s等，我们常用的就是这六个，还有拥等状态参数。

状态参数不同于我们平时说的如：流量、容积等“参数”，它是指表示工质状态特性的物理量，所以，要注意区别状态参数的概念，不能混同于习惯的“参数”。

以下是与电工相关的一些锅炉的名词术语：
1. 锅炉（Boiler）：一种用于产生蒸汽或加热水的设备，通常使用燃料（如煤、天然气、油）或电力来加热。

2. 锅炉效率（Boiler Efficiency）：锅炉输出热能与输入燃料热能之比，通常以百分比表示。

3. 锅炉容量（Boiler Capacity）：锅炉能够产生的蒸汽或加热水的最大数量，通常以蒸吨/小时或千瓦（kW）表示。

4. 燃烧室（Combustion Chamber）：锅炉内部的空间，燃料在其中燃烧产生热能。

5. 水位控制器（Water Level Controller）：用于监测锅炉水位并控制补给水的设备，以确保锅炉内部水位的稳定。

6. 蒸汽压力表（Steam Pressure Gauge）：用于测量锅炉内部蒸汽压力的仪器，通常以巴（bar）或千帕（kPa）为单位。

7. 温度传感器（Temperature Sensor）：用于测量锅炉内部水温或蒸汽温度的传感器，通常使用热电偶或热敏电阻器。

高压锅炉high pressure boiler 出口工质压力为7.8~10.8MPa的锅炉。

最常用的蒸汽参数为9.8MPa、540℃。

超高压锅炉superhigh pressure boiler 出口工质压力为11.8~14.7MPa的锅炉。

最常用的蒸汽参数为13.7MPa/538℃/538℃。

亚临界压力锅炉subcritical pressure boiler 出口工质压力为15.7~19.6MPa的锅炉。

最常用的蒸汽参数为16.7MPa/538℃/538℃。

超临界压力锅炉supercritical pressure boiler 出口工质压力超过临界压力的锅炉。

由于水的临界压力为22.1MPa（绝对），因而是指出口蒸汽压力大于22.1MPa的锅炉。

常用的蒸汽参数为23.5~26.5MPa，538~543℃/538~566℃。

超超临界锅炉ultra supercritical boiler 在超临界参数的基础上采用更高的压力和温度，以进一步提高机组的热效率，因而它是提高参数的超临界锅炉或可称为优化的高效的超临界锅炉。
