摘要

目前,我国的食品包装企业大部分规模偏小,“小而全”是其主要特征之一,同时存在着不顾行业发展要求,重复生产那些成本低、工艺水平比较落后、易于制造的机械产品,行业内目前大约有1/4的企业存在低水平重复生产现象。这是对资源的极大浪费,造成包装机械市场的混乱,阻碍行业的发展。

随着科学技术的不断发展,各种食品、水产加工品的出现,对食品包装技术和设备都提出了新的要求。目前,食品包装机械竞争日趋激烈,未来的食品包装机械将配合产业自动化,促进包装设备总体水平提高,发展多功能、高效率、低消耗的食品包装设备。

真空包装技术起源于20世纪40年代。自1950年聚酯、聚乙烯塑料薄膜成功地应用于商品包装以来,真空包装机便得到迅速的发展,其技术发展趋势主要体现在高生产率、自动化、单机多功能、组成生产线、采用相关新技术这5个方面。

Abstract

Currently, our country's food packaging enterprise most smaller scale,

"complete" is one of the main features, exist disregard industry development

requirements, repeat production cost is low, the craft level who is relatively backward,

easy to manufacture mechanical products, industry within roughly a quarter of

enterprise existence low-level repeating production phenomenon. This is a

tremendous waste of resources, to cause confusion, packaging machinery market

hampering the development of industry.

Along with the science and technology unceasing development, various food,

the emergence of aquatic products, food packaging technology and equipment are put

forward new requirements. At present, food packaging machinery increasingly fierce

competition, the future food packaging machinery industrial automation, promote will

cooperate with the overall level of packaging equipment rise, development

multi-function, high efficiency and low consumption of food packaging equipment.

Vacuum packaging technology originated in the 1940s. Since 1950 polyester,

polyethylene plastic film applied successfully in the commodity packaging, vacuum

packaging machine since then obtains the rapid development, the technology

development trend are mainly embodied in the high productivity, automation, LAN

multi-function, composition line, adopt new technology related to these five respects.
