取代77.07版单位mm1 适用范围和用途本标准规定的张力轮是根据DIN ISO 898 第1部分8.8到10.9强度等级的用于螺栓连接的传递力的和共同夹紧的弹簧元件。

张力轮应该能够防止例如Setzbetrage造成的螺栓连接的松动（键DIN 267第26部分）。

在变化的横向负载下的拧出过程中，张力轮不能提供有效的防护，因此只能用在主要轴向承受负载的较短的螺栓。

D I N6796碟形弹簧垫圈DIN 6796碟形弹簧垫圈DIN 6796 是一种用于螺栓和螺钉连接的防松垫圈，我们习惯称之为碟形弹性垫圈或锥形弹性垫圈，主要用于中等或高强度螺栓、螺钉的连接如CL8.8/10.9级，可以有效地取代普通弹簧垫圈。

碟形弹性垫圈原理：DIN6796碟形弹性垫圈是一种锥形结构垫圈，在于螺栓、螺母连接副装配时，受轴向载荷，产生形变储存轴向张力势能，当螺母或螺栓出现松动时，垫圈回弹释放势能起到防松作用。

可见DIN6796设计原理是为了消除螺栓螺母在装配时出现松脱的不良影响，从而起到锁紧作用。

锥形弹性垫圈适用于受轴向载荷的螺栓螺母连接副。

下图所示为DIN6796(MZP)规格以及实物图,常见材料和规格常见材质主要有：1）弹簧钢 2）不锈钢 A2和A4规格涵盖：M2-M30弹簧钢表面处理：DIN6796主要以GEO等非电解锌片涂层和机械镀锌为主。

另外由于DIN6796材质为高硬度弹簧钢，为避免其出现氢脆的，不建议使用且也不能提供镀锌处理。

关于垫圈的防腐性能主要视涂层厚度、储藏环境和使用环境而言，但是涂层的附着性视运输情况。

一般情况下，机械镀锌的涂层附着性相对较好。

DIN 6796的技术要求：参照DIN 267-26标准规定。

主要有两个，硬度和回弹。

（此两项性能要求只针对碳钢材质产品）硬度要求为：420HV-510HV关于回弹主要考量永久载荷和剩余回弹力两方面：永久载荷试验中根据标准规定的条件，要求垫圈不应有裂纹和断裂，见下表，压力释放后的自由高度不应超过下表规定数值的2%DIN 6796与DIN 2093的区别有些人认为DIN 6796就是德标的碟簧，这种说法是错误的，DIN 6796实质上就是一种防松垫圈。

下面就这两者的区别进行说明：1）制定单位不同：DIN 2093是德国工业标准弹簧委员会AF制定；DIN 6796是德国工业标准紧固件委员会FMV制定。
