英语口语学生评价量表的模板
本评价量表旨在评估学生的英语口语能力，包括语音、语调、流利度、词汇和语法等方面。
通过量表评价，帮助学生了解自己在口语方面的优势和不足，为进一步提高口语能力提供指导。

二、评价项目及标准
1.语音（40分）
•能够准确发出英语音标，无明显发音错误。
•语调自然流畅，无明显不自然的升降调。
•能够清晰地表达每个单词和句子。
1.语调（20分）
•正确使用升调、降调和升降调等语调。
•在表达疑问、感叹等情感时，语调运用得当。
1.流利度（20分）
•表达流畅，无明显的停顿和重复。
•在表述中能够自然地运用连词和短语，使句子之间衔接自然。
1.词汇（10分）
•词汇量丰富，能够使用恰当的词汇表达意思。
•在表述中能够正确使用固定搭配和短语。
1.语法（10分）
•正确使用简单句和复合句。
•在表述中能够正确使用时态和语态等语法结构。
三、评价方法及成绩计算
1.教师评价（70%）：由教师根据学生的口语表现进行评价，给出具体分数。
2.学生自评（30%）：学生根据自己的口语表现进行评价，给出具体分数。
3.同伴互评（10%）：同学之间互相评价对方的口语表现，给出具体分数。
4.综合评价：将教师评价、学生自评和同伴互评进行综合，得出最终的口语成绩。
5.综合评价结果应作为学生口语能力发展的重要参考。
英语作业反馈表
家长签名标准：
A+：听音时间每次达到10分钟以上，并持续了5天以上。
学唱至少一首英语歌曲，阅读或者背诵了课外的英语小故事一篇以上，课内单词已记住，课外习得单词至少3个。
自觉完成作业。
A：听音时间每次达到10分钟以上，只听了5天。
学唱了一首英语歌曲，阅读或者背诵了一篇英语小故事，课内单词已记住，习得课外单词未达3个或以上。
完成作业基本自觉。
B：听音时间每次基本达到10分钟，听了3-5天。
学唱英语歌曲积极性不大，勉强能学唱。
阅读了一篇英语小故事，但不能背诵，课内单词基本记住，没有习得课外单词。
完成作业需要家长提醒。
C：听音时间每次没有达到10分钟，听音时间不足3天。
不能学唱一首英语歌曲，不能顺利地读完一篇英语小故事，课内单词记住一部分，没有习得课外单词。
完成作业不自觉。
D：没有完成作业。
