从1973年诞生至今,它已历经了五代。
上海第三代桑塔纳(Passat)在许多方面比德国第五代帕萨特“清出于蓝而胜于蓝”,它将网络技术运用于轿车控制,率先达到了21世纪的轿车电子技术水平,为提高行驶性能、舒适性、安全性提供了广阔前景。
可以说,以帕萨特轿车为基础设计开发的汽车电器实验台代表了当前汽车电器技术的发展水平。
帕萨特B5轿车的电器系统代表了国内当前汽车电器的发展水平,其研究设计的实验台能够适应我国大专院校对汽车维修专业及相关专业的发展需要。
通过对实验台系统原理的研究发现,随着电子技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,汽车电器已经发生了翻天覆地的变化,它涉及到汽车的方方面面,汽车维修人员已经不能只以经验为修好车作保障,必须懂得相关的结构及原理才能做出正确判断,所以实验台的设计研究就必须体现出系统的工作原理,这正是本文将系统原理作为研究重点的原因所在,同时也是设计好实验台的基础。
汽车电器综合实验台的设计将电路原理图与电器元件相结合,能够清楚直观的展示出汽车电器的控制原理。
另外,通过对实验台故障及检测系统的研究设计,能够模拟演示电器系统的各个故障,并锻炼学习者的排故思路。
本实验台采用全新帕萨特B5轿车的电器系统实物为基础,包括:电源、起动、点火、灯光信号、中央门锁等系统;能够模拟发动机起动、运转,灯光信号、辅助电气系统的工作。
能够满足汽车全车电器的结构组成及工作原理等教学需2求。
并对实验台面板进行了详细且具有创新性的设计。
三、注意事项:a、运行实验台前检查电瓶线是否连接正确和牢固。
b、打开电源开关,拧开钥匙门,让电动机运转,检查电路是否有明显漏电。

上海大众帕萨特PASSAT领驭舒适(中控)系统匹配指南网关功能的舒适模块1C0 962 258AC领驭领域具有一键关窗功能大众零件号:1C0 962 258AC带网关功能的1C0 962 258AC(passat领驭),有一键升窗功能适用于原车安装有1C0 962 258AC,或者1C0 962 258AA舒适控制器的大众PASSAT领驭车型。
自底盘号LSVDM49F672312369开始(2007年08月11日开始),PASSAT领驭2.0手动、2.0自动、1.8T手动、1.8T手自一体等车型的舒适系统功能有所变化(CAN_BUS改为LIN_BUS),相关变化如下:1,舒适系统控制器(带有遥控功能)零件号由原来的1C0 959 799C更改为1C0 962 258AC,自诊断地址由原来的 46 更改为35;舒适系统控制器(没有遥控功能)零件号由原来的1C0 959 799更改为1C0 962 258AA,自诊断地址由原来的46更改为35;2,四个门控制器的零件号由原来的3BD 959 801/802/811/812更改为3BD 959801A/802A/811A/812A;更改后的门控制器不能用VAS505X进行自诊断。

从上面的舒适系统功能中我们可以看到,安装了1C0 962 258AC模块的车型,由于原来由KOSTAL供货的四个车门模块(CAN_BUS系统节点)已经更换成了由BROSE供货(独立的LIN_BUS系统),而该LIN_BUS子系统与HELLA的1C0 962 258AC之间没有接口,因此无法实现遥控升降窗的功能。

废气涡轮增压:是利用发动机排出的废气惯性冲力来推动涡轮带动压气轮压送更多的空气进入气缸。
气缸内越多的空气可以使燃料更充分的燃烧,相应的增加了发动机的动力输出。
缸内直喷技术:将喷油嘴设计在气缸内部,在进气冲程时将燃油喷射入燃烧室,并和涌入的空气形成涡流,当活塞再次转入上升行程时,油气混合体被压缩,在活塞达到最顶点时,火花塞点燃油气混合体,燃烧更为充分。
而传统的喷油嘴是布置在气缸外部靠近进气门的进气歧管上。
Ecotec 2.0L 直喷涡轮增压发动机动力表现:最大功率:162Kw/5300rpm,升功率达到81Kw最大扭矩:350/2000~4000 Nm/rpm0~100km/h加速用时:7.7秒90公里等速油耗仅为7.2L现在市场上的自然吸气式发动机,要想获得接近的功率输出,一般排量要在3.0L以上,要获得同样的扭矩输出,排量就要在3.5L以上。
这款2.0T直喷涡轮增压发动机是目前中国市场上升功率最强劲的涡轮增压发动机,更为出众的是它在动力、燃油经济性、宁静性上全面超越国内同级别涡轮增压发动机。

This allows for the elimination of the electric pressure pump in the supply line of the low pressure fuel system of the 2.0 l TDI CR engine.The fuel system pressure pump in the 2012 Passat is an electrically-driven internal gear pump. It is located in the Fuel Delivery Unit GX1. This pump generates a pressure of approx. 6 bar, ensuring that the high pressurepump is supplied with enough fuel in all operating conditions. A valve in the high pressure pump reduces the fuel pressure generated by the fuel system pressure pump in the fuel supply line to approx. 5 bar. The system is very similar in components and function to the 2011 Touareg 3.0L TDI Engine.When the exhaust gases exit the engine, they pass through the oxidation catalyst and diesel particulate fi lter. This component converts gases and traps the soot in the oil. The soot is burned off through regeneration cycles. After exiting the oxidation catalyst/diesel particulate fi lter assembly, the gases are sprayed with a reduction agent (urea) using the SCR injection valve. The gases then enter the SCR reduction catalysts where the Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions are reduced substantially.A NOx sensor downstream of the SCR reduction catalysts monitors the effectiveness of the NOx reduction and is used to in fl uence the amount of reduction agent used. The exhaust throttle pictures is not used for the SCR process. It is used for the low-pressure exhaust gasrecirculation process. The engine turns at idling speed and the vehicle coasts without any engine braking effect. If the selector lever is in the "S" position or in the tiptronic gate, or if the driver presses the brake, the freewheel function does not operate.
