西门子 3UV1640-1MP00 马达保护断路器产品描述3VU133VU16断路器是额定电流最大至30千瓦、63A的紧凑型断路器。
根据限流原理进行工作。
可用于电机或其它负荷的起动,断开及过载和短路保护;3VU13和3VU16还可用作电动机断相保护。
特点:用于电机或设备保护时,上述断路器都配备过电流瞬时脱扣器和反时限延时过载脱扣器。
由于起动器组合装置本身具有过载保护,因此用于起动器组合的3VU16只安装过电流瞬时脱扣器。

关键词:塑壳断路器;西门子;低压配电系统;应用;功能特性0引言西门子塑壳断路器是世界上比较先进、可靠的塑壳断路器,在中国的铁路、机场、建筑、银行、医院、供电局、工厂、船舶行业的低压配电系统中被广泛使用。
如何更好地了解、应用西门子塑壳断路器,受到了广大工程设计人员、运行维护人员的关注,希望本文能在这方面起到抛砖引玉的作用。
1塑壳断路器定义及其在低压配电系统中的应用1.1定义能接通、承载以及分断正常电路条件的电流,也能在所规定的非正常电路(例如短路)下接通、承载一定时间和分断电流的一种用模压绝缘材料制成的外壳作为整体部件的机械开关电器。
1.2相关规定3VL塑壳断路器属于A类应用产品,国标GB14048.2规定,A类应用在短路情况下没有用于选择性人为短延时,无短时耐受电流的要求;同时国标GB14048.2也补充规定,A类应用在规定的短时耐受电流下通过试验程序Ⅳ,可有一定选择性人为短延时,也有一定的短时耐受电流,且短时耐受电流要小于B类要求的短时耐受电流。
B类应用规定如下:(1)在短路情况下开关具有选择性保护。
(2)有短时耐受电流Icw要求,耐受时间大于50ms,当额定电流In≤2500A时,Icw至少为12In,且不低于5kA;当In>2500A时,Icw至少为30kA。
3VL塑壳断路器具有选择性,且Icw最大能达到10倍的额定整定电流Ir,短路最大短延时时间为0.5s。
1.33VL塑壳断路器用于低压配电系统主要作为二级断路器使用,有以下四种类型的断路器:(1)用于线路系统配电保护类型:所带负载为控制设备、电子设备、家用电器、照明、电热设备、带电动机过载保护功能的软起动和变频器及和以上设备混合的各种电动机。
