Second, expressing ourselves thoughts sincerely and warmly is helpful to make ourselves understood. Third, try our best to concentrate on what the speaker says and appreciate his point of view. It’s a good way to show our respect to the speaker. Moreover, we should give positive feedback by nodding or smiling while listening. Fourth, place ourselves in the place of others. That means we need to take other’s feelings into consideration and treat others in the way we want to be treated.
