泵必须用螺栓通过法兰孔或者泵座孔安全在可靠的坚实的基础上。在安装泵时，必须严格按照以下过程序进行操作，以免损坏泵。

4.5 最大进口压力第 27／28 页图 B 标示了进口最大压力。但是，泵入口压力加泵在闭阀时的扬程必须低于最大允许压力。应该如第 27／28 页图 B 所示，压力测试在所示压力的 1.5 倍下进行。

·安装有功率最大为 11kW 的格兰富 MG 电机的 CR，CRN 32，45，64，90 泵,应该通过提升泵端部的环状螺母来提升泵。
·安装有功率在 15kW 以上的西门子电机的 CR，CRN 32，45， 64，90 泵,应该通过提升电机法兰上的的环状螺栓来提升泵。
·对于安装除上述之外的其它型号的电机的泵,建议用皮带等

部件辨认AB MDEGFJti11700aHKL N安装8313390A安装基本信息操作人员准备所有操作设备的人员必须接受操作所有系统组件以及正确处理所有流体的培训。

所有操作人员必须在操作设备前全面阅读所有说明手册、标签。

现场准备确保您有足够的压缩空气气源。

从空气压缩机铺设一条到泵位置的供气管路。

确保所有空气软管的规格和额定压力适用于您的系统。

只能使用导电性软管。

清除现场中可能干扰操作人员移动的任何障碍或碎片。

准备一个已经接地的金属桶以冲洗系统。

接地必须将设备接地。

通过接地，可给电流提供静电聚集时或发生短路时逃逸的通路，减少出现静电和电击的危险。

泵：见图 2。

检查接地螺丝 (GS) 是否连接和紧固在空气马达上。

将接地导线 (U) 的另一端连接到真正的大地接地点上。

空气和流体软管：流体流过泵、软管和喷头时可积累静电。

至少一个软管为最大组合软管长度为 500 英尺（150 米）的导电性软管，以确保接地的连续性。

检查软管的电阻。

如果接地总电阻超过 25 兆欧姆，应马上更换软管。

空气压缩机：遵照生产厂家的建议。

喷枪／分配阀：通过与 Graco 公司认可的已接地流体软管相连接，将喷枪接地。

供料桶：按照当地的规范。

被喷物体：按照当地的规范。

冲洗时使用的溶剂桶：按照当地的规范。

只使用放置在已接地表面上的导电金属桶。

不要将桶放在诸如纸或纸板等非导电的表面上，这样的表面会影响接地的连续性。

冲洗或释放压力时要保持接地的连续性：握牢喷枪／分配阀的金属部分，使之紧贴接地的金属桶边，然后扣动喷枪／阀的扳机。
