Unit15 That’s not fair! 1:Where are Paul and Gary?— Where?—表示地点的疑问副词+are(动词的复数形式与复数主语Paul and Gary一致)。
它是意思是“so we agree, d on’t we?”(我们都同意了,是吧?)4:how many?—疑问副词,询问数量,后面接复数动词are。
5:so—副词,意思是“on the basis of what has been said/und erstood”(在所说/理解的基础之上)on my/your sid e—固定短语;on与sid e搭配。
That’s not fair!—我们用fair/not fair来表达自然的公正—不用参照任何外部权威,任何人本能地感觉到是“right”(对的)的。
6:very big and very strong— very,表示强调的副词,用来强化形容词的意思。
very well— very也修饰副词,如:well;well修饰动词play。
I can climb up the hill.
I can swim.
We can return home by 7 o’clock.
2. 变成否定句直接在can后面加not,一般写成can’t.肯定句:I can speak English.
