• 口服避孕药、雌激素或凝血酶原复合物浓 缩剂与其合用，有增加血栓形成的危险 。
酚磺乙胺
• 又称止血敏 • 0.5g/支 • 静滴 • 作用：防治各种手术前后的出血，也可用
于血小板功能不良、血管脆性增加引起的 出血。 • 不良反应：恶心、头痛、皮疹、暂时性低 血压、血栓形成。
新斯的明
• 2ml :1mg • 皮下或肌内注射一次0.25-1mg,极量5mg • 作用1.通过抑制胆碱酯酶活性而发挥完全拟胆碱
氨甲苯酸
• 又称止血芳酸 • 无色透明 10ml :100mg • 静推或静滴 • 作用：用于因原发性纤维蛋白溶解过度所
引起的出血，包括急慢性、局限性或全身 性的高纤溶出血，后者常见于癌症、白血 病、妇产科意外、严重肝病出血等。
不良反应
• 少见，长期应用未见血栓形成，偶有头昏、 头痛、腹部不适。
（明显减弱或消失）、测呼吸次数（＜16 次/分）、观察尿量（＜25~30ml/h或＜ 600ml/24h) • 4.出现胸闷、胸痛、呼吸急促，应及时听诊
• 做X线检查，以便及早发现肺水肿。
• 6.出现中毒现象，常用10%葡萄糖酸钙 10ml缓慢注射。
• 7.保胎治疗时，不宜与肾上腺素β受体激动 药如利托君同时使用，否则易引起心血管 的不良反应。

• 作用1.中重度妊高症、先兆子痫、子痫
• 2.保胎 抑制子宫平滑肌收缩
不良反应
• 1.面色潮红、出汗、口干，快速静脉注射引 起恶心、呕吐、心慌、头晕、个别有眼球 震颤，减慢速度症状可消失。
• 2.肾功能不全，用药剂量大，可发生血镁积 聚，达5mmol/l时出现肌肉兴奋性受抑制， 感觉反应迟钝，膝腱反射消失，呼吸受抑 制，达6mmol/l时发生呼吸停止和心率失常， 心脏传导阻滞，甚至心跳停止
不良反应
• 1.可致药疹，大剂量时可引起恶心，呕吐， 腹泻，严重时可出现共济失调，惊厥，昏 迷，焦虑不安，甚至心脏停搏。
注意事项
• 1.过量，常规给于阿托品对抗 • 2.甲状腺功能亢进症和帕金森症等慎用
维生素K1
• 1ml • 肌内或皮下注射 • 作用 1.维生素Ｋ１缺乏引起的出血 • 2.预防新生儿出血 • 3.低酶原血症
• 3.连续使用可引起便秘，部分出现麻痹性肠 梗阻，停药后好转。
• 4.低钙血症
• 5.可通过胎盘，造成新生儿高镁血症，表现 为肌张力低，吸吮力差，不活跃，哭声不 响亮，少数有呼吸抑制。
• 6.少数孕妇出现肺水肿。
注意事项
• 1.用前应查肾功，肾功不全者，用药量应减 少。
• 2.心肌损害、心脏传导阻滞者应慎用。 • 3.用药前和用药中，定时做膝腱反射检查
不良反应
• 除个别病例有轻度一过性恶心或上腹部不 适外，无明显副作用。
克林霉素
• 静滴或肌注 • 作用 适用于链球菌属、葡萄球菌属及厌氧
菌（包括脆弱拟杆菌、产气荚膜杆菌、放 线菌等）所致的中、重感染，如吸入性肺 炎、脓胸、肺脓肿、骨髓炎、腹腔感染、 盆腔感染及败血症等。
不良反应
1．胃肠道反应：常见恶心、呕吐、腹 痛、腹泻 2．血液系统：偶可发生白细胞减少、 中性粒细胞减少、嗜酸性粒细胞增多 和血小板减少等；罕见再生障碍性贫 血。 3．过敏反应：可见皮疹、瘙痒等，偶 见荨麻疹、血管性水肿和血清病反应 等，
不良反应
• 1.胃肠道 恶心呕吐、食欲减退、腹痛、便 • 秘、口腔异味 • S 头痛、头晕、共济失调、大剂量
时可引起癫痫及周围神经病变 • 3.过敏反应 皮肤瘙痒、皮疹、荨麻疹、
血管神经性水肿 • 4.双硫仑样反应（腹部痉挛、恶心呕吐、头

硫酸镁
• 10ml : 2.5g
• 无色透明
作用，此外能直接激动骨骼肌运动终板上烟碱样 受体〈N2受体〉，其作用特点为对腺体，眼,心血 管及支气管平滑肌作用弱，对胃肠道平滑肌能促 进胃收缩和增加胃酸分泌，并促进小，大肠，尤 其是结肠的蠕动，从而防止肠道弛缓，促进肠内 容物向下推进 • 2.用于手术结束时拮抗非去极化肌肉松弛药的残 留肌松作用，用于重症肌无力，手术后功能性肠 胀气及尿潴留等。
紫癜等辅助治疗、大剂量用于克山症、心 源性休克时抢救，慢性铁中毒、特发性高 铁血红蛋白血症
不良反应
• 1.停药后坏血病 • 2.偶可引起尿酸盐、半胱氨酸盐、草酸盐结
晶 • 3.快速静推引起头晕、晕厥 • 4.大量应用引起腹泻、皮肤红而亮、头痛、
尿频、恶心呕吐、胃痉挛 • 注意：可通过胎盘、乳汁，孕妇大量服用
• 过敏反应、暂时性血清氨基转移酶、碱性 磷酸酶升高，肾功能减退病人大剂量应用 可出现脑病反应（＞12g/d）
替硝唑
• 100ml : 0.4g • 静滴 • 作用：1.治疗厌氧菌感染如腹腔感染、盆腔
感染，2.结肠或直肠手术、妇产科手术、口 腔手术的术前预防用药，3.还可作为甲硝唑 的替代药，用于治疗幽门螺杆菌所致的胃 窦炎及消化性溃疡，4.也可用于肠道及肠道 外阿米巴病、阴道滴虫病的治疗。
缩宫素
• 又称催产素 • 10u/ml/支 或5U/ml 无色透明 • 静滴或肌注 • 作用 引产、催产、子宫出血、催产素
激惹试验（了解胎盘储备功能） • 不良反应：偶有恶心呕吐、心率加快或心
率失常，大剂量应用会引起高血压或水滞 留
VITC
• L-抗坏血酸 • 1g/5ml/支 淡黄色透明 • 静滴 • 作用：防治坏血病、急慢性传染性疾病及
