人教版初中九年级英语Unit9 SectionB(2a-2e)优质课教案一、教材分析本模块在SectionA谈论自己所喜爱的音乐基础上,学习了解中国民间音乐及音乐家,增加了与音乐相关的表达句式和词汇。
2a-2e为Section B部分的阅读板块。
2a的读前活动从学生已有认知出发,让学生尝试用自己的语言谈论中国的乐器及相关名曲,为阅读活动做准备。
2b要求学生阅读文章找出文中的关键信息。
2c让学生关注细节,通过表格填写,列出支撑作者观点的细节信息。
2d则要求学生在理解的基础上运用所学目标结构将文章相关的一段描写补充完整。
2e是一个开放性的对话活动,要求学生在理解阅读材料基础上尝试运用所学语言实现对话输出。
二、学情分析本课的教授对象是初三学生。
(1)整体上,学生具备一定的基础知识,在之前已经学习了由that等引导的定语从句,谈论过自己喜欢的乐队,电影,书籍和音乐等。
(2)对音乐有一定兴趣,对中国民间音乐与音乐家有大概的了解,但还缺乏较为深入的认识和感知。
(3)学生有梦想,懂得为梦想应付出相应努力和坚持。
三、设计思路本节课为阅读课,重点是运用noting supporting details的阅读策略对文本进行解读,了解音乐评介类的文章特点。
在设计过程中,教师通过自身琵琶才艺和音乐素养来引入本文,从而拉近学生与音乐的距离。
在文中贯穿对阅读策略的渗透,对每一个自然段的细解都主要分为main idea和supporting details两部分。
利用思维导图的形式分解课文,帮助学生理解。
并将此main idea和supporting details 的结构运用到有关音乐介绍的对话和写作中。
从课堂阅读输入,对话活动输出,到课后作业的写作输出,都至始至终贯穿对此策略的使用。
同时,引导学生透过标题Sad but Beautiful深入理解文章含义,领会作者思想深度。
最终通过理解文章和参与对话活动,上升到音乐无国界的情感高度。

8 book 2 , “Go for it “. I decide to say the lesson from six parts:
Ⅰ. Analysis of the Teaching Material
1. Status and Function
This passage is at the end of this unit. It mainly talks about the culture of Singapore. Such a topic is related to their daily life. So it is helpful to raise learning interest of students and it will be also helpful to improve the students’ communicative and reading abilities.
Ⅱ. Learning Goals:
1. Through the teacher’s lead and the review of the present perfect tense , students can talk about past experiences (their favorite places and so on).
2. Through reading and the teacher’s explanation, all the students can master the reading strategies: making notes. At the same time, find out the answer to the question in 2b quickly and correctly.
3. Trough reading, group discussion and the teacher’s explanation, most students can understand the passage well. Besides, they can finish 2c and 2d correctly.
Ⅲ. Teaching Key Points:
Help the Ss deeply master the present perfect tense to describe past
experiences.
Ⅳ.Teaching Difficulty:
Enable the Ss to describe a place he has been to with the present perfect tense.
Ⅴ.Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Leading in
Greetings and free-talk:Do you like traveling? What’s your favorite place you have ever been to? Why do you like it? Students can talk about the questions freely. Encourage them to use the present perfect tense. Review the tense if necessary.
Step 2 Pre-task
First show the Ss some pictures to let them guess the name of the country. They may say the name of the country easily. Then ask them: what do you know or want to know about Singapore? They can work in groups to discuss about it. Finally, play a piece of video about Singapore and encourage the Ss to say their feelings about the country.
Step 3 While-task
1. While reading the passage fast for the first time, try to find the answers to the two questions: 1) What is the main idea of each paragraph? 2) How many reasons can you find for visiting Singapore? Then ask some Ss to check the answers.
2. Play the recording, the Ss listen and read out the passage in a low voice.
Meanwhile, underline the words and expressions they don’t understand. Tell them to pay attention to the present perfect tense and underline the sentences.
3. Ask Ss to work in groups to discuss the words and expressions they don’t understand. Then show the class the results of their discussion. Finally, the teacher should explain some of the useful words and expressions. Encourage them to make their own sentences with the words.
Step 4 Post-task
Ask Ss to read the passage again to finish 2c and 2d. Then they can discuss the answers in groups. At last, every group shows their correct answers and tells the class the reason. The teacher helps them if necessary.
Step 5 Summary and homework
Write an article to describe a place you have been to like that in the passage.
