Descriptive Statistics(描述性统计)包含的分析功能:1.Frequencies 过程:主要用于统计指定变量各变量值的频次(Frequency)、百分比(Percent)。
2.Descriptives过程:主要用于计算指定变量的均值(Mean)、标准差(Std。
Deviation)。

Chapter 1Statistics(统计学):研究数据资料的收集、整理、分析和解释(interpretation)的科学。
Biostatistics(生物统计学):统计学应用于生物科学Variable(变量):指某种特征,它的表现在不同个体间或不同组间存在变异性。
Observation(观测值):指对变量的表现进行观察或测量所获得的数值,有时也被称为变数(variate)Population(总体):又叫“统计总体”,是指一个统计问题研究对象的全体,它是具有某种(或某些)共同特征的元素的集合。
Individual(个体):总体中每一个研究对象称作个体。
Sample(样本):从总体中按一定方法抽取部分具有代表性的个体,这部分个体称为样本。
Parameter(参数):描述总体特征的数,如总体平均数、总体方差等。

烯效唑对杂交兰苗期植株的矮化效应研究作者:赵福康徐群英沈宏梅欢张晓莹傅巧娟来源:《安徽农业科学》2024年第15期摘要为明确烯效唑(S3307)对杂交兰苗期植株生长的影响,以自育新品系GZ1-11为试材,采用不同浓度的S3307进行灌根处理。
结果表明,适宜浓度的S3307可以有效抑制新苗株高、叶长和根长,增加叶宽和根粗,但不影响假鳞茎的纵径和与横径。
随着S3307施用浓度的增加,植株的矮化效应显著增强,其中30 mL 10.00 mg/L S3307的矮化效果最强,但综合杂交兰植株高度、叶片形态等表型特征及成本,生产上施用30 mL 2.50 mg/L的S3307为宜。

S3307 at the appropriate concentration efficiently inhibited the height, leaf length, and root length of new seedlings,increased leaf width and root thickness, but had no effect on the longitudinal and transverse diameters of pseudobulbs. The dwarfing effect of S3307 on plants increased with application concentration, with 30 mL concentration of 10.00 mg/L S3307 having the strongest dwarfing effect. However, given the phenotypic traits and expense of hybrid orchids, such as plant height and leaf morphology, a 30 mL dosage of 2.50 mg/L S3307 is recommended in production.Key words Hybrid Cymbidium;Seedlings;Uniconazole;Dwarfing effect杂交兰是由国兰(Chinese Cymbidium)与大花蕙兰(Cymbidium hybridium)杂交培育而成,既有国兰的优雅姿态和芳香韵味,又有大花蕙兰的花大色艳、花型规整丰满[1-2]。
四、多重比较F值显著或极显著,否定了无效假设H O,表明试验的总变异主要来源于处理间的变异,试验中各处理平均数间存在显著或极显著差异,但并不意味着每两个处理平均数间的差异都显著或极显著,也不能具体说明哪些处理平均数间有显著或极显著差异,哪些差异不显著。
因而,有必要进行两两处理平均数间的比较,以具体判断两两处理平均数间的差异显著性。
统计上把多个平均数两两间的相互比较称为多重比较(multiplecomparisons )。
多重比较的方法甚多,常用的有最小显著差数法(LSD 法)和最小显著极差法(LSR 法),现分别介绍如下。
(一)最小显著差数法 (LSD 法,least significant difference ) 此法的基本作法是:在F 检验显著的前提下,先计算出显著水平为α的最小显著差数αLSD ,然后将任意两个处理平均数的差数的绝对值..j i x x-与其比较。

例如,上述问题中的观测变量分别是农作物产量、妇⼥⽣育率、⼯资收⼊;控制变量分别为施肥量、地区、学历。
第⼆步是剖析观测变量的⽅差。
⽅差分析认为:观测变量值的变动会受控制变量和随机变量两⽅⾯的影响。
据此,单因素⽅差分析将观测变量总的离差平⽅和分解为组间离差平⽅和和组内离差平⽅和两部分,⽤数学形式表述为:SST=SSA+SSE。
第三步是通过⽐较观测变量总离差平⽅和各部分所占的⽐例,推断控制变量是否给观测变量带来了显著影响。
(三)单因素⽅差分析原理总结在观测变量总离差平⽅和中,如果组间离差平⽅和所占⽐例较⼤,则说明观测变量的变动主要是由控制变量引起的,可以主要由控制变量来解释,控制变量给观测变量带来了显著影响;反之,如果组间离差平⽅和所占⽐例⼩,则说明观测变量的变动不是主要由控制变量引起的,不可以主要由控制变量来解释,控制变量的不同⽔平没有给观测变量带来显著影响,观测变量值的变动是由随机变量因素引起的。
(四)单因素⽅差分析基本步骤1、提出原假设:H0——⽆差异;H1——有显著差异2、选择检验统计量:⽅差分析采⽤的检验统计量是F统计量,即F值检验。
3、计算检验统计量的观测值和概率P值:该步骤的⽬的就是计算检验统计量的观测值和相应的概率P值。
4、给定显著性⽔平,并作出决策(五)单因素⽅差分析的进⼀步分析在完成上述单因素⽅差分析的基本分析后,可得到关于控制变量是否对观测变量造成显著影响的结论,接下来还应做其他⼏个重要分析,主要包括⽅差齐性检验、多重⽐较检验。
四、多重比较F值显著或极显著,否定了无效假设H O,表明试验的总变异主要来源于处理间的变异,试验中各处理平均数间存在显著或极显著差异,但并不意味着每两个处理平均数间的差异都显著或极显著,也不能具体说明哪些处理平均数间有显著或极显著差异,哪些差异不显著。
因而,有必要进行两两处理平均数间的比较,以具体判断两两处理平均数间的差异显著性。
统计上把多个平均数两两间的相互比较称为多重比较(multiplecomparisons )。
多重比较的方法甚多,常用的有最小显著差数法(LSD 法)和最小显著极差法(LSR 法),现分别介绍如下。
(一)最小显著差数法 (LSD 法,least significant difference ) 此法的基本作法是:在F 检验显著的前提下,先计算出显著水平为α的最小显著差数αLSD ,然后将任意两个处理平均数的差数的绝对值..j i x x -与其比较。
