三星943NW液晶彩显开关电源与高压一体板电路原理与维修三星943NW液晶彩来时检查发现开机屏亮了约一秒后灯管保护熄灭，有臭氧味，经检查发上面的两个灯管高压线打火，解决方案1 ：加强高压线绝缘保护。
再测试，打火现象消失但任然保护。
再查经检查发上面的两个灯管开路，看来灯管开路造成连线处高压线漏电打火。
解决方案2：更换灯管。
拆开屏外框发现拿不下来屏，为谨慎采用其他解决方案，给上路高压做假负载。
采用在高压插座处接333/200v电容并在低压处接2000v到地，以拉低低压线电压以防止低压检测电压过高。
电路改造结束后经拷机检测一切正常维修结束。
电路原理与维修1．工作原理简介本机高压板(即背光灯板，以下简称背光板)电路采用三星公司最新生产的CCFL专用驱动板PWM 控制芯片SEM2005，本机采用SOPl 6封装，其引脚功能及实测电压见表2，其内部集成了低频PWM 发生器，只要对其输入可变直流电平便可实现CCFL亮度调节功能。
SEM2005芯片内部的软启动电路可降低系统开机时的电流冲击，使系统工作的稳定性大大提高。
同时，该IC内部还设有灯管开路保护，过压保护，过流保护等电路，与同类电路相比，具有低功耗、高可靠性、外围电路简洁等优点，广泛应用于三星、LG等1 9英寸及其以上的宽屏机的背光电路。
图4是根据三星943NW实物绘制的电路图，下面对其工作原理作简单介绍。
(1) 驱动控制电路开/关机控制：如下图所示，来自开关电源的14v电压，经转插件CN2加到背光PWM控制度ICU2（SEM2005）的（10）脚（Vcc），来自A/D板的ON/OFF信号（自超级单芯片IC300的（49）脚），经R207、R208分压后加至U2的（5）脚（ENA），U2的（5）脚为使能控制端，当U2的（10）脚供电正常时，该脚电压大于2V时，U2内部基准电压建立后，从其（6）脚输出，向外部电路提供偏置电压源，同时。
内部振荡器开始工作，经SST延迟后，进入正常的工作状态。
