3 调速器性能保证
调速器所有性能指标均能达到或超过国标GB/T9652-1997大型调速器的技术要求。
3. Performance guarantee of governor
Performance index of all governors can reach or exceed the technical requirements of international standard GB/T9652-1997 about large governors.
3.1 动、静态指标性能保证
(1)静态特性曲线近似为一直线,最大非线性度<3%。
(2)调速器转速死区 ix<0.02%。
(3)空载工况自动运行,转速摆动相对值≤±0.14%。
(4)机组甩25%负荷,接力器不动时间≤0.18S。
3.1 Dynamic and static state index performance guarantee
(1) Static characteristic curve is approximate to a straight line, the maximum nonlinearity angle <3%.
(2) Governor rotating speed dead zone ix<0.02%.
(3) No-load condition to be automatic operation, rotating speed swing relative value ≤±0.14%.
(4) Unit throws off 25% load, relay fixed time ≤0.18S.
(5)机组甩100%额定负荷后,从接力器第一次向开启方向移动起,到机组转速摆动相对值不超过±0.5%为止,历时不大于30s;在转速变化过程中,超过稳态转速3%额定转速值以上的波峰不超过两次。
(6)大型和中小型调速器综合漂移量折算为转速相对值,分别不超过0.3%和0.6%。
(5) After the unit throws off 100% rated load, from the first time the servomotor moves towards the opening direction, to the moment the unit rotating speed swing relative value does not exceed ±0.5, does not exceed 30 seconds; during the
rotating speed changing process, the wave crest of exceeding state speed 3% rated speed is no more than two times.
