浅析多画面分割系统在电视播控监测中的应用作者：刘朗来源：《科学与信息化》2019年第06期摘要我台电视播控监测终端采用多画面分割系统。

多画面分割系统主要由多画面分割器主机和大屏幕显示设备等组成；多画面分割器主机通常由装有视音频捕捉处理板卡、操作系统和控制软件的计算机、控制监视器、音箱等构成；大屏幕显示设备是带有VGA/DVI/HDMI接口的大屏幕液晶屏、等离子屏或者大屏幕背投电视。

关键词电视播控；多画面分割；监测报警1 多画面分割系统基本原理多画面分割系统将多路模拟或者数字信号，包括声音和计算机图像及其他数据信息通过一个大的监视设备同时监视；多路节目的视音频信号接入到多画面分割器监视系统后，经过视音频捕捉处理板卡的多路视音频采集电路，采集到系统计算机中，视频信号首先在计算机中进行信号检测、信号压缩处理，然后进行画面分割缩放拼接形成一个完整的画面后，统一显示到大屏幕显示设备上，每路画面均可以设定显示窗口的大小，节目的音频信号在计算机中经过运算处理，得到VU值并以实时柱状图的形式显示到节目画面的两侧；多画面分割器主机实现对多路视频信号节目进行监看，同时能在画面中以VU值的方式显示节目的多路音频信号，可以在画面的旁边显示信号内容的提示：通道信息、频道信息、台标信息、背景信息，音频电平信号质量差或信号丢失、黑场、静帧等报警信息以及与监看信号相关的信息。

既可用于播控系统中各种场合的多频道画面集中技术监督和监视，也可通过网络由主控制机集中控制，实时监看各个画面分割系统的工作状态，同时提供智能报警功能[1]。

2 Fresco-S多画面分割系统简述我台使用的多画面分割系统，由Fresco-S多画面分割器、50寸等离子显示器、主备监控服务器、主备监控工作站等组成。

分控多画面分割器的视音频信号输入源来自播控系统的分控部分，用于播控系统主、备、第三备、垫片、PST、PGM、应急录像机、测试图、外来信号及回传信号的监看检测，这些信号按照重要程度进行显示布局配置。
