事件缘起于2006年9月14日,来自新华社的消息称:国家质检总局最新消息显示,广东出入境检验检疫机构从来至日本宝洁株式会社蜜丝佛陀公司制造的SK-II品牌系列化妆品中检出禁用物质铬和钕。
宝洁公司发表声明表示:SK-II产品在进入中国市场前都经过卫生部严格检验和注册,产品的安全和质量有充分的保障,在其生产过程中并未添加违禁成分。
对于本进口批次产品中发现的问题,宝洁公司将权利配合政府部门了解情况,使之得以顺利解决。
消息传开以后,京城几家商场做出反应:停止SK-II有问题产品的销售。
随之消费者也纷纷提出退货的要求。
全国各地多处因退货发生消费者与SK-II工作人员的肢体冲突。
在此冲突前宝洁公司设置了很高的退货门槛,并提出了霸王条款。
后因发生治安事件,2006年9月16日晚退货条件开始放宽,持小票和产品到产品柜台进行协商退货。
2006年9月22日SK-II 通过某跨国公司发表声明,决定暂停在中国的产品销售。
2006年10月23日,国家质检总局与卫生部发布联合声明,就SK-II产品的有关安全问题进行了说明。
基于该声明对于SK-II 产品安全性的澄清,宝洁公司决定将在今后几周内恢复SK-II在中国内地的销售。
II一般来说,由媒体负面报道引起的企业危机是企业危机管理中比较常见的危机类型。
SK-II在这次公关危机中有得也有失,但纵观事件全局,我们不难看出SK-II屡屡触犯危机公关的禁区。
在危机爆发期内,SK-II的反映速度不可谓不快,危机公关通常是要求在24小时之内做出反映,SK-II在数小时之内就发表了声明,这充分体现出危机公关的速度第一的原则。
SK2-1.2-12K型开启式管式电阻炉操作规程与注意事项
操作规程:
1、检查整个设备各处是否正常。
2、打开不锈钢法兰,将试件放入石英管内。
3、如需真空操作,先密封法兰,再关闭进气阀,利用真空泵抽真空达到目的后关闭阀门。
4、如需气体保护操作,先密封法兰,再将所需要保护的气体通过进气阀通入石英管内,利用真空泵抽真空达到目的后关闭阀门。
5、如不需2、3步操作,应先密封法兰,打开进气阀、出气阀,连接好进气路和出气路,如需流量计控制流量应将流量计连接在进气路和出气路上。
6、将控制器通电(旋钮开关转到右侧),按照实验要求和控制器说明调整实验各段所需温度、时间,然后按“RUN”键进行升温加热操作。
7、根据实验要求通入所需气体并调节气体流量。
8、实验期间,及时观察温度、流量与指标变化,进行对应调整。
9、实验完毕,按“END”键结束程序运行。
关闭控制器电源。
10、打开不锈钢法兰,取出物料。
注意事项:
1、本仪器无防爆装置,不得放入易燃易爆物样。
2、仪器应放在通风良好区域,周围无易燃易爆物品。
3、仪器外壳必须有效接地,以保证使用安全。
4、取放物料应轻拿轻放避免碰坏炉膛。
5、加热期间禁止接触加热电炉丝,避免触电或烫伤。
6、炉温不得超过设备额定温度,以免损坏加热元件。
7、禁止向炉膛内各种液体(会导致炉膛爆炸或断裂)及溶解金属(易结镏)。
8、经常清除炉膛内的铁屑、氧化物,以保持炉膛内的清洁。

方法 体内:高糖高脂饮食联合腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(35mg·kg-1)构建2型糖尿病模型,并给予达格列净(1mg·kg-1·d-1)治疗干预;体外:Dapa(5μmol·L-1)处理原代心肌细胞并暴露于高糖(30mmol·L-1);心脏超声检测各组大鼠的心功能情况;DCFH DA荧光探针检测活性氧(reactiveoxidespecis,ROS)的水平;Westernblot检测SK2、NOX4、p38MAPK、p p38MAPK的蛋白表达水平。
