一、SUK5010型电压无功综合控制器1、用途SUK5010型电压无功综合控制器适用于110KV、35KV变电站10KV或6KV的电网中。
能同时实现两台主变的无功自动跟踪补偿、有载自动调压。
根据母线电压的高低、无功功率的需求状况,配备合适的电抗器与电容器组串联进行自动投切和对有载调压分接头的自动调节来实现对变电站电压和无功的综合控制,使变压器和电容器工作在最佳状况,确保电压合格率达到规定的要求,有效减少无功损耗并保持系统功率因数在较高范围内。

voltage drops below V IT or the manual reset (MR)is driven low.The RESET output remains asserted for a user-adjustable time after both the manual reset (MR)and SENSE voltages return above the respective thresholds.A broad range of voltage threshold and reset delay time adjustments are available,allowing these devices to be used in a wide array of applications.Reset threshold voltages can be factory-set from 0.82V to 3.3V or from 4.4V to 5.0V,while the TPS3808G01can be set to any voltage above 0.405V using an external resistor divider.Two preset delay times are also user-selectable:connecting the C T pin to V DD results in a 300-ms reset delay,while leaving the C T pin open yields a 20-ms reset delay.In addition,connecting a capacitor between C T and GND allows the designer to select any reset delay period from 1.25ms to 10s.SENSE InputThe SENSE input provides a terminal at which any system voltage can be monitored.If the voltage on this pin drops below V IT ,RESET is asserted.The comparator has a built-in hysteresis to ensure smooth RESET assertions and deassertions.It is good analog design practice to put a 1-nF to 10-nF bypass capacitor on the SENSE input to reduce sensitivity to transients and layout parasitics.The TPS3808G01can be used to monitor any voltage rail down to 0.405V using the circuit shown in Figure 9.Figure ing the TPS3808G01to Monitor a User-Defined Threshold VoltageManual Reset (MR)InputThe manual reset (MR)input allows a processor or other logic circuits to initiate a reset.A logic low (0.3V DD )on MR causes RESET to assert.After MR returns to a logic high and SENSE is above its reset threshold,RESET is deasserted after the user-defined reset delay expires.Note that MR is internally tied to V DD using a 90-k Ωresistor,so this pin can be left unconnected if MR is not used.Refer to Figure 10for how MR can be used to monitor multiple system voltages.Note that if the logic signal driving MR does not go fully to V DD ,there will be some additional current draw into V DD as a result of the internal pullup resistor on MR.To minimize current draw,a logic-level FET can be used as shown in Figure 11.Figure ing 12.Figure 12a shows the configuration for a fixed 300-ms typical delay time by tying C T to V DD ;a resistor from 40k Ωto 200k Ωmust be used.Supply current is not affected by the choice of resistor.Figure 12b shows a fixed 20-ms delay time by leaving the C T pin open.Figure 12c shows a ground referenced capacitor connected to C T for a user-defined program time between 1.25ms and 10s.The capacitor C T should be ≥100pF nominal value in order for the TPS3808to recognize that the capacitor is present.The capacitor value for a given delay time can be calculated using the following equation:(1)The reset delay time is determined by the time it takes an on-chip precision 220-nA current source to charge the external capacitor to 1.23V.When a RESET is asserted,the capacitor is discharged.When the RESET conditions are cleared,the internal current source is enabled and begins to charge the external capacitor.When the voltage on this capacitor reaches 1.23V,RESET is deasserted.Note that a low-leakage type capacitor such as a ceramic should be used and that stray capacitance around this pin may cause errors in the reset delay time.Immunity to SENSE Pin Voltage TransientsThe TPS3808is relatively immune to short negative transients on the SENSE pin.Sensitivity to transients is dependent on threshold overdrive,as shown in the Maximum Transient Duration at 80年代初在我国首批生产S7(SL7)系列低损耗三相油浸式电力变压器以来,先后开发生产了S8、S9、S11等损耗更低的节能型系列产品,可生产容量31500KVA及以下、电压110KV及以下三相油浸式电力变压器,并可满足用户对矿用、电炉与潜油泵等特种变压器的需要。
本厂自1988年引进德国梅·克瑞斯特(May δ Christe)公司专有技术。
生产树脂浇注干式电力变压器以来,已形成了干式与油浸式两大系列产品,并分别形成了80万KVA的年生产能力,产品销往全国各地及东南亚等国。
本厂具有先进、完善与科学的变压器制造技术与设备,并具有相应的实验能力,除突发短路实验外可进行变压器出厂实验、型式试验与特殊试验的实验项目,凡经本厂生产的变压器出厂前均已全部通过国家有关标准规定的所有实验项目,因而确保了产品各项性能指标的稳定可靠。
为方便用户的安装与使用,本说明书提供了如下内容安装、使用与监护参考。
二、使用范围及使用条件1、本说明书适用与容量为31500KVA及以下、电压为110KV及以下的三厢油浸式电力变压器。
2、其他相同的容量、相同电压等级的油浸式变压器产品可参照本说明书执行。
3、正常使用的条件:①海拔不超过1000米;②环境温度:最高温度+40℃。
最高日平均温度+30℃。
最高年平均气温20℃。
最低气温-30℃。
③电源电压的波形:电源电压的波形近似正弦波:④三相电源变压的对称:三相变压器所连接的电源电压应近似对称:⑤特殊使用条件:用户应在询价单中详细提出在正常使用条件中尚未包括的使用条件,由制厂与用户协商确定。

8、计算机控制及数据处理功能:通过PC机对系统参数进行设置,并可启动/停止放电过程。
可以获取交流负载的放电参数。
开始/停止在线监测。
数据转存:放电结束后,可把采集的数据转存到U盘,再由U盘将数据转存到PC机中或通过RS232接口直接上传至计算机,经配套的数据处理软件对数据信息进行处理生成各种图表。
9、放电结束后,对放电数据整理、打印、报表、存档。
10、并机功能:可将2-9台同型号单机并联工作。

LTC3805-5 DESCRIPTIONDemonstration circuit 1576 is high efficiency non-isolated SEPIC (Single Ended Primary Inductor Con-verter) converter featuring the LTC3805-5 switching controller. The DC1576 converts 5V to 30V input to 12V output and provides over 3A of output current. The converter operates at 300kHz with efficiency over 90%. With proper amount of airflow, the DC1576 con-verter can generate over 3A of output current. The DC1576 can be easily modified to generate output voltages in the range from 0.8V to 48V.Also, the DC1576 can be modified for other input volt-ages like 5V-36V, 9V-36V, 36V-72V, and so on. The wider input voltage range will decrease the converter efficiency. Therefore, narrow input voltage range will be more desirable.The LTC3805-5 can be synchronized to an external clock of up to 400kHz. For example, to get 9V output, change R3 resistor value to 11k.However, keep in mind that changing the trans-former as well may increase the efficiency.The optional Q1 circuit is used to get the circuit run-ning. The load step transients are shown in Figure 4. To improve load step response further or to reduce the output ripple, more output capacitance can be added. Low ESR output caps will have greatest effect on reducing the ripple and load step transients.Figure 4. 由于用电的不统一性,每条线路的用电负荷单凭一次、二次的察看,不能真正确定它们的大小,这样就很难将三相负荷调整平衡。
三相电流平衡分析仪可以24小时全天候对三相电流、电压、有功、无功、功率因数跟踪监测,并将其存入随机U盘中,根据需要可随时将U盘取回,由计算机上位机软件将数据读出来,并计算出三相不平衡率,且能自动将三相电流、电压、有功、无功、三相不平衡率以曲线形式直观地表示出来,从而为调整负荷及变压器运行管理,有效降低线损,提供科学的依据。
该仪器的电流测量采用钳形电流互感器,安装拆卸十分方便,这样就可以在各个配电室(变压器台区)间巡回监测,既提高了工作质量,又提高工作效率,是农电管理不可缺少的好助手。

⊙稳压精确:在电网电压变化不稳时,能输出稳定的安全电压,使用电器不受影响。
⊙输入欠压、过压保护:由电网及其他因素引起的电压输入过高或过低时,为保证用电器和人身财产安全,稳压器会自动切断输出,待电网电压恢复稳定后可自动(延时)开启。
⊙缺相保护:在三相供电情况下,由于一相断掉或者零线断掉,会导致单相供电电压异常升高,甚至高过380V,危及到用电器及人身财产安全,此时稳压器会自动关闭输出进入保护状态。
⊙误断电保护:在遇到电网老化、输电线过细距离过长时,有感性负载(如冰箱、空调等带有压缩机的)或大型用电器启动,瞬间会导致电网电压降低,此时稳压器能保证负载的正常供电而不至于误断电。
⊙市电稳压切换:机身侧面设有稳压接入和市电直通转换开关,使用时若觉得电网电压很稳定,不想用稳压功能时,把此开关拨至“OFF”市电状态即可。
通常情况下都要将此开关拨至“ON”稳压状态,此时自动稳压功能才能启动。
⊙延时供电功能:为避免短时间停电又来电情况的发生,设有了2-3分钟自动延时供电功能(如电冰箱或空调器在停止工作后,再次启动需3分钟延时);若不需要此延时,可按下“延时开关”按钮启动短延时,本机可在5秒内开启供电。
安装连接:(如图所示)将启动开关拨至“OFF”关状态,拉下电网闸刀开关或空气开关断开市电,取下稳压器端子板两颗固定螺丝拔出端子板,按对应端位指示正确连接1.把家庭供电总线(墙壁插座及所有用电器用线)插入到对应输出的“火线”、“零线”端口内,拧紧固定螺丝。
