近几年,随着网络数据库技术的进1步发展,使得这1设想逐渐成为现实。

Star在线销售系统是该公司开发部为解决客户销售管理的信息化而开发的管理系统。

随着市场竞争的日益激烈,是否能够对企业的销售进行合理有效的管理,已成为1个重要课题,它对保证企业的正常运作和提高经济效益起到了至关重要的作用。
Star公司销售部以前1直采用手工操作方式对客户、销售订单等进行管理,严重制约了企业的工作效率,所以企业必须改进销售管理。
本课题将在线销售管理由传统的厂、商面对面的销售模式向在线销售模式转变,同时还要能对客户、销售的商品以及订单情况进行全面的管理。
本系统利用Browser/Serv er(浏览器/服务器)结构,采用系统开发技术Dreamweaver来可实现在线销售、查询各种信息及进行管理员在线管理等功能。
本系统体现了销售行业办公自动化,资源信息化,传输网络化,决策科学化,并减轻了业务人员的工作强度和工作压力,避免了各种人力、财力的浪费。

本文的主要内容是详细介绍在线销售系统。
首先,介绍系统的开发背景;随后进行全面的系统分析,并介绍具体的系统设计原则,重点介绍系统的开发过程,并阐述系统结构、介绍系统应实现的主要功能,简要介绍系统的开发技术Dreamweaver,最后介绍1下系统实施的有关情况。
本系统也为今后进1步全面实现CRM(客户关系管理)奠定了基础。
