一般过去时

一．一般过去时的定义：

一般过去时主要表示过去某时发生的动作或存在的状态。谓语动词形式为动词的过去式，即在动词的后加-ed。

二．动词过去式的变化规则：

1. 规则动词的变化规则：

一般动词 -ed work, shout, repeat

以e结尾 直接加d invite, decide, hate; love; hope

以辅+y结尾 变y为i加ed try; hurry, cry

一、含义

一般过去时表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用。

二、结构

1）主语+ was/were + 其他 He was here yesterday. (is)

2) 主语+动词过去式（Pt.）+其他 I got up at 6:00 yesterday morning. (get)

四、动词过去式变化规则

1.一般直接在词尾加“ ”。

2.以不发音字母“e”结尾的，在词后直接加“ ”。

arrive- like-

注意：take、come、ride等是不规则变化

3.以辅音字母加“y”结尾的，把y改成“ ”，再加“ ”。

4.以元音字母加“y”结尾的，直接加“ ”。

play- stay-

5.以重读闭音节结尾的动词，中间只有一个 字母，词尾只有一个 字母，应 ，再加“ ”。（简称“辅元辅”结构
