”我是今年一月份参加面试的,一月十号面试我一月七号才开始做准备,表示自己也是心大。
有时间还是多准备准备,12月份应该有新一轮的教师资格证的面试吧,所以在此po 上我自己的经历,希望对你有那么一点点作用。
相信对教师资格证面试做过一点了解的人都知道流程是什么样的,放一张流程图以防有人不知道教资面试整体流程因为我面试的是高中英语,因此我聊的都是和高中英语有关的,但其实所有的都大同小异。
有一点要特别注意:面试英语学科全程英文面试!!不允许说中文!!!面试前三天我做了哪些准备呢?和班上要一起参加面试的同学约个时间去练习,包括写教案,讲各种课型,虽然这三天只去练了几次,但在互相听课中都能发现一些问题,也能借鉴一些别人好的地方。
1. 正装可穿可不穿(根据你那边的要求来觉得),我当时面试的时候是冬天比较冷所以比较随意,但我个人建议不是非常冷的情况下最好穿一下,毕竟就只是冷一会儿就行;2. 教资面试是靠演技的,你需要和学生互动,所以你可以提一个问题,假装有人回答了你,然后说:非常好!记住,自导自演。
3. 听说在面试过程中最好不要暴露自己的学校??这个我不确定,因为在后来答辩的过程中老师问了我是不是xx 师大的,我就说是,总不能不回答老师吧。
如果老师不问你你就不要主动跟老师说“老师我是xx大学的”。
A. 候考我是1.10中午12:45候场的那场面试,和朋友先签到进入候场室,等时间差不多了就会有老师开始念名字,一组20人,等一组都到齐之后就会有工作人员带领去存东西的教室。
B. 抽题在存东西的教室存放好随身物品之后,老师会让你去抽题目的另一个教室,我们抽题目的时候是有七台电脑然后随便去任何一台电脑前,每台电脑前都有一位老师坐着,你填好你的相关信息电脑就会自动开始抽题目,是随机的。

跟大家分享一下2017年5月份的这次教师资格面试的情况吧。
考试时间是在20、21号这两天。
分上下午共四个考试时段。
我报考的是高中英语,面试考场是在广州市天河区第四十四中学东校区。
不同于之前别人说的“进场时要抽签排序”,我们那里就是差不多到考试时间,大家就在校门口排好队,会有工作人员在门口核对考生的身份证件和考生证,然后一一放行。
同时门口保安室的叔叔会给带手机的同学每人发一个信封,用来装手机。
进去之后会看到中间的一栋教学楼下有老师摆好桌子在那里等考生过去签名确认。
找到自己所报考的学科,然后排队签名。
考生签名时应该记住自己签名时的序号,这很重要!因为这个序号连同考生的姓名和报考科目都要写在之前发的那个信封上(此时你的手机应该躺在信封里面了,一位老师负责把装着学生手机的信封用订书机订好),考生考完之后直接离校到校门口登记信息拿取手机。
此外,这个签名的序号还有另外的作用,就是考生的考试顺序。
比如说我考的是英语,英语学科每一次面试4位同学,我的序号是26,那么我就能推测出我是第7批考试。
当然有些学科只有一个面试室,所以每次只能面试一位同学。
登记好信息之后大家就都被引领到里面的候考室。
落座后工作人员会宣读考试注意事项。
然后很快地,念到名字的第一批考生开始去考试。
于是等啊等,终于轮到我了,走出去老师会再一次核对考生信息,然后带大家到同个试题室抽取试题。
先是在试题室外边排队侯着再签一次名字还有其它信息,然后轮到自己时进去,会看到里面有四台计算机,你就看哪个老师面前的计算机旁边没人就可以过去,把你的准考证和身份证递给老师,他/她输入你的信息,让你核对无误后,点击“确认”。
注意抽题时所有的确认都是由考生自己操作的,老师只是在旁边指导。
最终试题会当场打印出来,然后考生在试题上面签上自己的名字,之后试题回收。
再然后又要出门口候着,等老师把大家的试题纸拿出来分发,接着就可以由别的工作人员带队引领到一个课室写教案。
有20分钟的时间。
此处强调一下一定要记得自己带笔去啊!!因为考场桌子上是只有草稿纸没有笔的。
我就是心(bai)宽(chi)没有带笔,所以一进去就懵圈:厚着脸皮找里面的老师要来一支笔,还被当众絮叨了几句。
还好自己脸皮够厚,没有因此影响考试心情。
记得当时还有一位男生也忘记带笔过去,整个考场就属我们俩人最大意。
所以再次提醒各位将来要教面的同学,一定一定一定要自己带笔过去啊!备完结束后,教案跟试题纸可以带走(两者可以带到面试室去),草稿纸要留下。
好了,下面说一下写教案的情况。

是的,你没看错,这是一篇听力题。
题目的要求我已经写在上面了。
文中划黑色下划线的部分也同原题一样。
考完后上网查了一下,这是外研版选修8阅读课的内容。
面试时作为听力材料来考了。
然而自己之前看的是人教版的英语书,所以没派上用场有点遗憾。
刚开始看到考题我是有点懵的,因为这跟我所设想的听力题出入有点大啊!!你说你考听力教学就专心地考听力教学嘛,为什么要考词汇猜义呢?这是词汇课乱入的节奏么?Anyway,自己抽到的题目,流着泪也得把教案还有试讲构思完成。
所以嗖嗖嗖我奋笔疾书,也不管设计的质量怎样,当时想的是先把教案写完再说,好预留几分钟思考之后的试讲应该怎么展开。
然而,就在我停笔的那一刹那,工作人员的表响了(他设置好了结束的时间)!我的天呐,时间过得好快,快得让你觉得好像只过去了10分钟那么久。
(说实话我到现在还有点怀疑工作人员是不是偷偷把时间缩短了,但想想应该不能吧,毕竟有些考生是有带手表的。
)所以下一步就是走出备教案的课室,由带队的老师领着去各自的面试教室。
我们英语学科的同一批四个同学,除了第四位(她面试的教室外面还有一个考生在侯考),前三个(包括我)直接被引到自己要去的面试室外候着。
估摸着所剩时间不多了,自己赶紧理了理思路。
大概过了一会儿,里面的一位老师出来,给我交代好要在黑板上写明准考证号还有姓名,并且嘱咐我把准考证和身份证交给中间的那位老师后,示意我进场。
嗯,面试室的门是开着的,所以我直接进去了。
先在黑板上写好姓名和准考证号,然后回身交证件,再走回讲台,面对三位女老师,鞠躬问好并作自我介绍(各位评委老师好,我是今天的26号考生)。
此时我才能够看清楚各位老师的模样和整个教室的情况——中间的是一位面容和善的教师,大概45岁左右(且自始至终都保持善意),两旁是两位年轻十来岁的教师。
三位老师并排坐着,前面各有一台电脑,她们后面是另一位老师(就是之前出来的那位),旁边架着一台录像机,再后面是已经搬好堆在教室墙边的课桌。
然后一切就如准备的一样,中间的老师先跟我说明整个结构化面试、试讲和答辩的流程,然后我回答准备好后,右边的女老师开始念结构化面试的两道题目(这两道题目是一起念的,所以要记清楚,也有些考场可能会分开念,具体看各个考场的做法),这两道题目我大概记得,就写上来凑合一下:①有人说教师是学校的师表,是学校的榜样,是学校的······(后面的表语记不清了),对此你怎么看?②临近考试了,你班上的一些同学为此放弃了体育课不去锻炼了,对此你会怎么办?得益于前一天的突击训练,我在接收完这两道题目后迅速作答,整体还算流畅,思路也没有混乱,看到三位老师也都有点头,所以就不担心了。
这里需要注意的是时间的把控。
规定的是这个环节用时5分钟,但其实老师提问大概30-40秒,接着我每道题估摸着答够一分钟就收场了。
其实老师也巴不得这样,省时啊。
所以此处再给大家一点建议:每道题争取答够1分钟(之前看辅导视频讲师也这么建议)。
当然,如果你天生有三寸不烂之舌,能够信手拈来口若悬河引经据典滔滔不绝,倒是可以多说一会,但也不要超时,不然可能要被叫停。
如果是口头表达能力一般的同学,不用紧张,根据和我报考同科目的同学的反映情况来看,结构化面试没有出现教育理论知识类的题目,所以还是比较容易理解和组织语言的。
因此大家要做的还是争取做到思路清晰、表达流畅。
Ok,接下来是试讲。
这部分是最让我心痛的地方!讲到“向日葵”这幅画时脑子竟然短路了——忘记了是谁的大作(现在想想梵高那副自画像的神情,多了几分鄙视的含义)。
于是讲着讲着卡壳了,还好果断掐掉作者名,继续讲下去。
我感觉自己没有讲多久,后面的老师就举牌提醒剩下3分钟。
我的天呐!我词汇才讲到一半呀!这时候放弃不行呀,所以我就只好硬着头皮继续讲下去,虽然加快了语速,但是还是没能把内容讲完,连summary和homework部分都没有做就被喊停了。
停下之后,进入答辩环节。
左边的老师开口了,问我:你觉得你的课程设计可以有效地帮助学生猜测和理解词语的含义么?我心想完了,肯定过不了了,说实话我对自己的设计也没有把握,因为时间有限,我就只能想到这种教学方法了。
但是问题还是要回答的呀。
短暂地权衡利弊之后,我决定维护我的立场,回答说我认为自己的设计是能够在一定程度上(后悔加了这几个词)帮助学生理解词义的。
因为:我先给学生读一遍原文,让他们了解大意,然后再让他们听第二遍,这次让他们找出理解有困难或者听不明白的词(就是原文划出的那些词),然后找人回答,自己在黑板上板书写上这些词,再带着学生结合原文句子和语境去猜测词义,所以我觉得这样可以帮他们理解词义和更好地把握文章。
Blablabla反正我得自圆其说又不能显得狂妄自大。
这个问题回答完之后我还等着第二问, 没想到老师打住没问了,然后中间的那位仍旧保持和善笑容的老师问我是来自哪个学校什么专业的,我如实回答。
之后就愣愣地领着证件,把黑板擦干净,向老师致意后离开考室。
(当时有些心灰意冷,所以现在回想起来根本不记得自己有没有把整个黑板的板书全擦干净)。
整场考试下来,发现等待的过程是最煎熬的,因为带着的所有的复习资料都已经看完,也不愿意多想其它的知识点,怕万一想到又不会做只会加剧紧张。
然后真正进了面试室时反倒是轻松的,大概是因为先前有演练过,再加上同学都比我先考完,她们支了不少招,让我对各种情况有大致的了解,并且自己也提前设想了一下最差的情况,比如抽到语法题,比如说话结巴,比如语无伦次,比如面试的老师凶巴巴的······所幸以上的坏情况都没发生。
想想又有什么好庆幸的呢?自己试讲的时候还是不如意。
不过考完了,就不要对着打翻的牛奶悲泣了,所以我化悲痛为动力,用一个晚上的时间码完这篇分享,希望能够对之后要教面的同学有点点帮助吧!写完个人的经历和心得体会,再附带说一下同系同学的考试情况。
除了一个同学考的是初中英语外,其她几个都是高中英语,因此我们都是在同个学校面试的。
根据她们的分享来看,听、说、写和语法都抽到了。
所以建议大家在考前一定要对这几个方面都熟悉,至少要知道每一种题型的模板,因为考场的时间真的很有限,如果不背模板的话写教案时就难过了。
不是要死记硬背,但是得记得个总的框架,就像写作文一样的,题目、正文和结尾是模板,至于真正要写的东西要结合具体话题加以选择。
然后至少要针对听、说、读、写、语法每种题型,找好对应的题目练笔(最好是历年的考试真题,实在没有就自己找题练吧)。
只有都练到了,才能心中有数,有可能的话每种题型都找两三道题练练,先写好教案,然后找合适的地方试讲。
