一概述智能控制器是框架式空气断路器的核心部件,适用于50~60Hz电网,主要用作配电、馈电或发电保护,使线路和电源设备免受过载、短路、接地/漏电、电流不平衡、过压、欠压、电压不平衡、过频、欠频、逆功率等故障的危害;通过负载监控,需量保护,区域连锁等功能实现电网的合理运行。
同时也用作电网节点的电流、电压、功率、频率、电能、需量、谐波等电网参量的测量;故障、报警、操作、电流历史最大值、开关触头磨损情况等运行维护参数的记录;当电力网络进行通讯组网时,智能控制器可用为电力自动化网络的远程终端实现遥测,遥信,遥控,遥调等,智能控制器支持多种协议以适用不同的组网要求。
二基本功能对于M型无任何可选功能(加*的项目)时其功能配置为基本功能,如表1所示:表1 基本功能配置2。

3 通讯功能通讯功能为可选项,对于M型没有通讯功能,对于H型通讯协议可根据需要选择为Modbus,Profibus—DP,Device net。

1.4增选功能选择增选功能为可选项,M型,H型都可以选择增选功能配置,不同增选功能代号与增选功能内容如表2所示.表2 增选功能配置表2。
1.5 区域连锁及信号单元的选择“区域连锁及信号单元"为可选项,M型、H型都可以选择信号单元的功能配置,当信号单元选择为S2,S3时,控制器具备区域连锁功能。

内部集保护、控制单元于一体,安装简单,使用方便可靠,也可作为分段器控制使用。

KST45—2型智能控制器用户手册概况、型号一、KST45—2型智能控制器的概况、型号1.1产品概况1.1.1产品简介KST45—2型智能控制器(以下简称“控制器”)是本公司为更好地满足配电系统运行安全性和可靠性要求而研发的新一代智能控制器。
她包容了KST45—M/L型智能脱扣器的所有优点、粹取了同类产品的精华;在硬件和软件方面都做了大量的改进,进一步提高了可靠性、强化了电磁兼容、增强了保护功能、增加了通讯功能。
1.1.2产品特点控制器采用工业级模拟功能增强型超大规模集成的16位微控制器(MCU),内含八通道10位模数转换器(ADC)、二通道8位数模转换器(DAC)、大容量程序存储器(ROM)、高性能数据存储器(RAM),数字性能优越、模拟功能强大,专门用于工业控制,运行十分稳定。
控制器对电流信号、电压信号及环境温度信号进行实时处理和逻辑控制,根据各种保护特性实现准确、及时的保护;控制器有许多的辅助功能,能显示许多配电系统运行参数,更大程度地为用户提供方便。
控制器的执行元件是磁通变换器,它和断路器中的欠压和分励脱扣器完全独立,磁通变换器在正常情况下依靠永磁铁吸合铁芯而处于闭合状态,当控制器发出动作指令时,电流通过线圈产生脱扣磁通,反力弹簧弹出铁芯,使磁通变换器打开,从而推动断路器脱扣半轴而分断断路器。
控制器电源采用辅助电源和速饱和互感器共同供电的双电源供电方案,保证了电网因过载,短路等故障导致电网电压跌落时控制器能够可靠工作。
产品符合IEC60947—2,IEC255,IEC61000,GB14048.1—2000,GB14048.2—2001标准,全面通过最新EMC严酷等级的电磁兼容试验考核。

1.1.3应用领域KST45—2型智能控制器是DW45智能化框架断路器的核心部件,用作配电或电机保护,使配电线路和电源设备免受过载、短路、接地或漏电等故障的危害。
一概述智能控制器是框架式空气断路器的核心部件,适用于50~60Hz电网,主要用作配电、馈电或发电保护,使线路和电源设备免受过载、短路、接地/漏电、电流不平衡、过压、欠压、电压不平衡、过频、欠频、逆功率等故障的危害;通过负载监控,需量保护,区域连锁等功能实现电网的合理运行。
同时也用作电网节点的电流、电压、功率、频率、电能、需量、谐波等电网参量的测量;故障、报警、操作、电流历史最大值、开关触头磨损情况等运行维护参数的记录;当电力网络进行通讯组网时,智能控制器可用为电力自动化网络的远程终端实现遥测,遥信,遥控,遥调等,智能控制器支持多种协议以适用不同的组网要求。
二基本功能对于M型无任何可选功能(加*的项目)时其功能配置为基本功能,如表1所示:表1 基本功能配置2.1.3 通讯功能通讯功能为可选项,对于M型没有通讯功能,对于H型通讯协议可根据需要选择为Modbus,Profibus-DP,Device net.2.1.4增选功能选择增选功能为可选项,M型,H型都可以选择增选功能配置,不同增选功能代号与增选功能内容如表2所示。

2.2 技术性能2.2.1 适用环境工作温度:-10℃~+70℃(24h•内平均值不超过+35℃)储存温度:-25℃~+85℃安装地点最湿月的月平均最大相对湿度不超过90%,同时该月的月平均最低温度不超过+25℃,允许由于温度变化产生在产品表面的凝露。
污染等级:3级。

控制器的供电方式有下面3种方式:a.电源CT供电额定电流大于等于400A时,一次电流单相不低于0.4In,三相不低于0.2In时控制器正常工作。

自检完毕,进入工作状态。
数码管显示测量值。
状态指示灯指示工作状态。
工作状态下,按键进入设置参数状态,依次键,按轮流显示要设置的参数。
当显示某个参数值时,按或键可以修改当前显示的参数值。
修改参数后,按键保存参数,并切换到下个参数。
如果修改参数后,没按保存,直接按键切换到下个参数或超时退出参数设置状态,则本条修改参数作废。
参数定义如下:P0:小数点后的位数,用于设置显示数据的分辨率;P1:控制点,大于设置点,输出继电器断开;小于此设置点,输出继电器闭合;P2:高报点,高于此设置点,高报输出继电器触电闭合;P3:低报点,低于此设置点,低报输出继电器触电闭合;P4:滞回区间,用于设置继电器动作点的不灵敏区;P5:量程下限值,用于设置最小输入信号(4mA)时对应的满量程数值。
缺省值是0;P6:量程上限值,用于设置最大输入信号(20mA)时对应的满量程数值。
缺省值是2.5;P7:高位及控制输出定义。
双电源自动转换系统自动转换系统可同时对两路电源电压进行检测,当电路出现过电压或为欠电压等故障时,系统会自动控制电路的切换,实现电路自动转换的功能。
自投自复(R )、自投不自复(S )和市电—发电机(F )三种控制功能一体化。
附加通讯功能(采用ModBus-RTU 通讯协议),实时监控系统运行状态和各类参数、功能的修改与设置。
