如果墨粉不能正常供给或激光束被挡住，也会造成白纸。因此，应检查墨粉是否用完、墨盒是否正确装入机内、密封胶带是否已被取掉或激光照射通道上是否有遮挡物。需要注意的是，检查时一定要将电源关断，因为激光束对眼睛有害。

一张纸通过打印机时，机内的约有12种轧辊转过不止一圈。最大的硒鼓鼓转过2到3圈，送纸辊可能转过10多圈。当纸上出现间隔相等的脏迹时，可能是由 脏污或损坏的轧辊引起的。假设某一轧辊上沾有污迹，如脏迹相距较近，可能是小轧辊形成的；相距较远时，就应检查大一些的轧辊。测量出脏迹之间的距离，再用下式算出引起脏迹的轧辊直径：轧辊直径=脏迹距离/π；从而判断出具体是哪一根轧辊引起的问题，然后将其清理或更换9：打印纸上单侧变黑
激光束扫描到正常范围以外，感光鼓上方的反射镜位置改变，墨粉盒失效，墨粉集中在盒内某一边等，都可能产生打印机单侧变黑的故障。检查激光通道及其反射镜的位置，纠正偏差或取下墨粉盒轻轻摇动，使盒内墨粉均匀分布，如仍不能改善，则更换墨粉盒。都是解决单侧变黑的方法。
惠普激光打印机的常见故障解决办法6：输出字迹偏淡
墨粉盒内的墨粉较少、显影辊的显影电压偏低或墨粉未被极化带电而无法转移到感光鼓上，都会造成打印字迹偏淡现象。取出墨粉盒轻轻摇动，如打印效果没有改善，就应更换墨粉盒或请专业维修人员进行处理。此外，有些打印机的墨粉盒下方有一个开关，用来调节激光的强度，使其与墨粉的感光灵敏度很好匹配。如果这个开关设置不正确，也会造成打印字迹偏淡。
专家提示：为了延长打印机的使用寿命，应注意打印机的防尘和工作环境温度，给它提供一个灰尘较小、温度适当、阳光无法直射的地方。

对于 HP LaserJet 系列激光打印机，可以将打印机设置为只要纸盒 1 装纸，并且打印机装入的纸张类型与电脑端设置的一致，就自动从纸盒 1 走纸。

对于 HP LaserJet 系列激光打印机纸盒 1 的设置方式大致可分为两类：方法一：通过在打印机的控制面板上将纸张处理设置为 TRAY 1 MODE=FIRST 或者 TRAY 1 MODE=CASSETTE，就可以改变打印机的走纸顺序，但是当纸盒 1 被设置为 TRAY 1 MODE=FIRST 时，打印机的打印速度会稍稍降低。

适用机型：HP LaserJet 4000、4050、4100、5000、5000LE、5100、5100LE/SE、8000、8100、8150、9000 系列黑白激光打印机， HP Color Laser Jet 4500、4550、8500、8550 系列彩色激光打印机。

TRAY 1 MODE=FIRST1、 TRAY 1 MODE=FIRST 表示打印机会优先检测纸盒 1 是否有纸，如果有纸则优先从纸盒 1 走纸；2、在这种模式下，当纸盒 1 没有放纸时打印机才会选择其它纸盒进纸；3、如果需要指定从特定纸盒进纸，需要在打印机的驱动程序中做相应的设置。

TRAY 1 MODE=CASSETTE1、TRAY 1 MODE=CASSETTE 表示打印机将纸盒 1 作为一个普通纸盒对待；2、打印机不会优先检测纸盒 1 是否有纸，而是按照自下而上的次序检测纸盒（优先检测大容量的纸盒），当检测到的纸盒里的纸张类型和尺寸与软件设置一致时会选择该纸盒打印；3、当选择 TRAY 1 MODE=CASSETTE 后，在纸张处理菜单里会多出配置纸盒 1 的纸张尺寸及类型的选项。

方法二：通过在打印机的控制面板上将纸张处理设置为 TRAY 1 SIZE=ANY SIZE 或者为纸盒 1 指定纸张尺寸，例如： TRAY 1 SIZE=A4 。

激光打印机的认识这里先介绍单打印功能机激光打印机常见品牌：Hp(惠普)、（Sansung）三星、（Brother）兄弟、panasonic(松下)、Lenovo(联想)、KonicaMinolta(柯尼卡美能达)、DLL（戴尔）、Xerox(施乐)硒鼓的组成：①充电辊由橡胶和铁芯组成，作用是给鼓芯充上一层均匀的电荷。

②鼓芯（表面是OPC涂层也叫感光层，由铝合金套筒，鼓齿轮组成它是和③鼓刮板刮掉鼓芯上多余的墨粉，下面是废粉仓，由铁片和橡胶片组成。

④墨粉（由脂纤维、碳墨、铁粉、电荷藕合剂等组成）⑤墨粉搅拌杆（在墨粉仓中间，起到搅拌均匀的作用）⑥磁辊由铁桶、磁涂层、磁芯、磁辊齿轮组成，和充电辊区别是：充电辊表面是软的，磁辊是硬的。

⑦磁刮片（主要给磁辊均匀吸上均匀的墨粉）它的组成和鼓刮片一样。

加粉HP通用粉和佳能是通用的三星通用粉和施乐是通用的联想/兄弟通用粉可以加在松下机器上HP机型号：HP1020、HP3050、HP3020、硒鼓型号2612AHPBL、HP1000硒鼓型号：15A三星565、565R、硒鼓型号171012A硒鼓拆法及步骤：①取下鼓芯、侧面接地弹簧，（手按住弹簧再取下，防止弹簧飞出，如果没有接地弹簧会出现淡或全白）②拿下固定改版（侧面的两颗螺丝拆掉即可）③用手按住下面鼓身再取出鼓芯，用镊子取出充电辊，④用镊子在鼓刮板两侧顶出销钉，用尖嘴钳从外面取出销钉。

⑤清洁废粉仓。

88A、436A、278A拆鼓法①拆下固定鼓芯塑料片，②朝股齿轮这边用力拉，③拆下鼓芯、充电辊、倒掉废粉④拆下显影仓齿轮，对面固定磁辊盖板⑤如果是第一次加粉此鼓，要清洁显影仓、磁辊、然后再加粉。

⑥加完粉后，清洁充电辊，转动磁辊看磁辊表面的粉是否均匀⑦一个鼓建议客户加粉2次为宜，加一次可以打印10到2000张HP打印机的特点是：88A、278A原装硒鼓加粉会比较淡，如果打印淡要换鼓芯。

所有国产硒鼓打印水印效果不清楚，一定要更换原装（没加过粉的）三星的打印机清零方法：菜单#1934，在里面找到“加粉中完成”，找到MEW按确定在客户处加粉流程：一，判断有无粉①打印出来有纵向白条②拿出硒鼓来回摇动然后打印样张，打出效果正常，断定没粉。
