CM-508I內具備有超精密光感應器,混合式積體電路類比電路和一個32位元,速度16MHZ的微電腦,提供高速、高精確度,波長介於400-700nm的反射率測量.為確保精確,CM-508I使用一個雙光束回饋系統,監視測量時樣品的自動補償光強度或光譜的變化,全部波長範圍的反射光譜在4msec中被測出,而結果在0.3-0.5秒間於螢幕中顯示.電源用4顆AA電池(3號),所以幾乎可在任何地方測量.
量測可以2°或10°標準觀測者和11种標準光源的任何一種來作為計算.測量結果可用許多不同方式來顯示,包括圖型化的反射率光譜,色差或數值化的絕對值與差異值及黃、白度等等,而且亦選擇兩組不同光源之色差報表,同時顯示結果於螢幕上比較.
CM-508I使用一片128KB動態記憶體來儲存資料,此記憶卡可容納最多1350筆資料(包含標準樣與比較樣),記憶卡內含電池,即使此卡離開主機,仍能保有白
色校正資料、傳送參數等資料.
二.注意:
1.本機不可在具有爆炸性氣體的環境中使用,如此將導致爆炸.
2.請勿自己動手修理或拆解本機,本機有高壓電,若非合格人員拆解將導致電
擊.任何必要的修理須由MINOLTA授權單位處理.
3.本機只能用隨機交附之交流變壓器AC-A12不可用其他交流變壓器.
4.本機不能防水,不要讓日光直接照射或接近熱源.
5.避免灰塵跑進測色孔內,不用時請記得用白色校正皮蓋蓋住.
6.請勿在強烈的磁場環境附近使用
7.避免摔落與震動
8.請勿重壓LCD液晶顯示幕
9.本機在電器設備附近使用將會受到幹擾
10.不用時請記得關掉電源
11.測量完畢,一定要將電池取出(不能使用不同廠牌的電池或充電電池)
12.測量曲狀或凸出表面時,請使用支撐腳
13.校正完畢,立即將白色校正塊蓋好,以免受到污染
14.測量時注意不要漏光.
三.保養與保存:
1.用清潔干佈擦拭本機,不可用酒精或化學藥劑來擦.
2.本機應置于-20°C-25°處,不可放置於高熱、高濕度或溫度變化劇烈,或會
凝結的地方.為了更加的安全,應與乾燥劑置放於溫度固定的地方
3.不要讓日光直接照射或放於封閉的車內,或車子的箱子內或高溫的地方
4.兩周以上不使用時,請將電池移出,避免漏電或生銹.
5.避免白色校正蓋表面因光線照射而變色,需用橡皮蓋蓋好.
四.顯示器操作面板指令說明:
TARGET :更改至標準樣模式
DISPLAY: a)測色后顯示各种色彩資料
b)進入MENU狀態,更改MENU頁
MENU:進入測量條件設定
BREAK:更改至比較樣械模式.
DISPLAY &MENU 兩鍵與DELETE同時按下,即可刪除標準或比較樣資料CURSOR/A VERAGE a)進入MENU狀態,可選擇於各欲修改之項目
b)在標準或比較校模式,可做平均測色.
▲在標準或比較樣模式下選擇儲存於記憶卡內之標準或比較樣
▼在MENU狀態,可更改反白區之內容
PRINT=▲+▼兩鍵同時按下,可輸出色彩資料至印表機
五.準備:
5-1.測量前,請將反光調整按鈕切換至SCI狀態
5-2電源使用:
a).使用電池:將電池室蓋的鎖往上推,打開蓋子,裝入4個五號電池,再蓋上
盒蓋,充電顯示燈charge 亮,即表示接通電源.
b)使用交流變壓器:在power鍵“off’狀態下,將變壓器A一端插入主體背面
AC-A12插孔中,另一端打開power鍵后,插入220V插座
c)打印機用變壓器B與220V電源連接,再將POWER 開關打至2檔,(如用電
池,則打到1檔),POWER綠燈亮,即表示接通電源.
六.白色校正:
6-1.接通電源將“POWER”鍵打開,屏幕會提示:WHITE CALIBRATIO,此時蓋上白色校正蓋
6-2.按下背面測色鍵,儀器將自動完成校正工作,此時,屏幕顯示會自動變換到測量狀態,將校正蓋取下,蓋上防塵蓋.
七.測量
7-1.測量流程圖:
準備—打開電源—校正—輸入標準色資料—儲存—測量資料顯示—測量資料輸出(若需要)
7-2.校正完畢,請按BREAK鍵退出,屏幕會出現比較測色畫面.
7-3.按TARGET 鍵,至標準樣模式,利用▲▼鍵選擇標準樣號碼,(若測新的標準樣時,請選空號,將標準樣置於測色口,然後按測色鍵,即可將新的標
準樣存入記憶卡中)
7-4.按BREAK鍵至比較樣模式,將比較樣(待測零件)置於測色口,按測色鍵即可得比較色差值(△E)
八.列印:
8-1.自動列印:按下MENU鍵,用DISPLAY更改至4/5頁,將AUTO PRINT 改換為ON,即可將測量資料列印輸出.
8-2.手動列印:操作面板上▲▼鍵同時按下,即可將屏幕顯示內容列印輸出.
