极细同轴电缆(AWG#40)对应于0.5mm间距压接连接器
KEL“SSL系列”是支持极细同轴电缆(AWG#40)的0.5mm间距压接连接器,行业界首创采用压接式完成极细同轴电缆的一次性连接。
∙运用KEL的高技术实现了压接式连接,应对近年来备受关注
的环保问题(无铅)。

极细同轴结构图
面向手机开发的极细同轴电缆的结构是,中心导体为42AWG(7/0.025mm)同心绞合镀银铜合金线,横卷绕包的外部导体为(约20/0.03mm)镀锡铜合金线。
当中的绝缘层与外护套均选用可溶性聚四氟乙烯PFA,是由于氟塑料的介电常数比较低,适合于高频传送,能够减轻辐射噪音的影响,并且可以提高电缆自身的柔韧性。

42AWG(7/0.025mm)中心导体的镀银铜合金线一般使用带退扭的单扭束丝机(Single Twist Buncher)来绞合,其均一的送线张力与送线长度是稳定退扭的关键。
绝缘与护套间的斜包屏蔽导体使用的是斜包机(Spiral Shield Machine), 要做到几十根极细线高速斜包(3,000RPM),对设备的张力控制能力要求非常严格
考虑到极细同轴电缆绝缘与外护套的低介电常数与耐电压特性等电性能,以及末端加工时耐热性和耐弯曲性等机械性能方面的要求,选用了在超薄挤出时树脂流动性良好的可溶性聚四氟乙烯PFA。
电缆绝缘的挤出生产线配备了精度很高的送收线张力控制设备,确保了量产时的稳定性。

高清同轴一线通传输器一、产品特点:1、布线简单或者无需布线高清同轴一线通传输器是一款将网络高清信号转换成可以在同轴线、网线、两芯线上传输的产品,解决了网络高清信号中短距离传输需通过光纤设备转换的困扰,简化工程安装,降低了工程成本,即插即用。

3、超远距离无中继2000米超远距离传送网络高清信号,远远大于采用网线仅100米的传送距离,节省了接续交换机的费用,在SYV75-5同轴电缆2000米,TCP吞吐量仍可保持在30Mbps以上。
4、即装即用无需辅助设备,无需调试的即插即用模式,使“高清同轴一线通传输器”可以即刻连接同轴电缆,并使用其具有传输高清网络视频信号的能力,大大简化工程安装,节约施工成本,真正实现即插即用,无需任何软硬件设置。
5、传输性能高支持多路高清同时传送而无延时,仅对数字信号进行换介传输,无任何损害。
6、远程供电YX-8001TP型增设远程供电能力,中心端“高清同轴一线通传输器”可接入48V-70V直流供电,为500米内多台IP摄像机提供标准的12VDC直流供电,其实际效果等同于PoE网络供电,省却了摄像机本地取电的不便。
