书刊包装的要求及方法有关书刊的包装尚无统一标准，下面的包装要求是参考了新华书店储运公司的部分规定提出的，不是标准，仅供参考。
一、包装要求（1）精装书用80g／m2以上牛皮纸包装；平装书用70g ／m2以上牛皮纸包装。
如用其它纸包装，纸质需坚韧不脆，不破裂。
（2）根据用户的要求，运往外埠的书籍可用纸箱或其它包装形式。
（3）图书包装规格。
①包件高度。
根据图书的开本尺寸，每包件的高度如表9－1所列。

③包装精装书带塑料套，平装书带塑料压膜封面的图书时，本与本之间要夹垫一张与书的开本尺寸一样的白纸，以免粘连。
④包装纸搭口要在包件的两边书口处，包紧粘牢。
⑤一种书籍用纸的厚度有差异时，包装时以厚本书为标准。
(6)每包内每刀交叉数规定如表9－2所列。

按照图书包装要求，将书摞放到包装纸上，使用手工或机械的方法，把书册和纸张压紧，用绳子或塑料带十字交叉将书籍捆扎在一起，形成包件，如图9-1所示的形式。
常见的包装形式是包装纸塔口在包装件两边书口处，使用手工包装时，也有包装纸搭口在上面的形式。

包装规格书要求简图：必须含三张图片：1、内包装状态（可看到零件最小包装情况）；2、外包装正面（零件名称，零件号，单箱数量，生产日期，供货方的标识说明）；3、外包装侧面（运输，装卸，储存条件图标）。
技术要求必须包含或符合以下要求：1、外包装箱最大承重： kg；2、包装箱要求能承受2m堆码高度，且堆码层数不能高于6层，此时箱内零件完好，底层包装箱无明显变形；3、小袋产品均匀放入外包装箱，非整箱的必须用填充料，防止箱内松旷；4、外包装箱不允许有明显折痕，或破损；包装后必须用捆扎机打包牢固，并在合适位置贴上产品标识：5、外包装标识必须正确清晰、无涂改、牢固，且必须与内包装一致；6、在储存、运输过程中，外包装必须防潮防水、防变形挤压，保证零件免受划伤、磕碰、挤压、变形、防潮等缺陷，且易于装卸、存放；7、正方侧放可根据具体产品而定，不能影响产品质量。
包装说明：1、内包装数量：由于我司物流看板单元为500，所以内包装的零件数最好为500的约数/倍数，但不要超过1000。
另外，以后供货的实际内包装的零件数必须与签字盖章的包装规格书保持一致。
2、包装箱的材料：如果采用瓦楞纸，纸箱必须写明是单/双/多楞纸箱，多楞纸必须注明是几层楞纸（单双瓦楞纸必须符合GB/T6543-2008）。
建议供应商采用可回收塑料包装箱。
3、包装箱的总重必须小于包装箱最大承载重量。
其他说明：目前我司对所有的零部件包装要求很高。
在以后的收货过程中，若发现有包装严重变形、受潮坍塌或破损等包装质量问题，我司有权拒收（见XTP17文件中5.3规定），由此产生的一切费用将由供应商承担。
所以请贵司考虑实际运输路程及相关状况来编制合格的包装方案，以免后期给各供应商带来不必要的损失。
食品包装用聚乙烯袋技术规格书一、概述产品用途：本产品为功能糖食品包装用聚乙烯包装袋。
产品范围：承重25㎏的聚乙烯包装袋。
二、包装物使用环境1、包装温度：≤80℃；2、跌落高度：不高于0.5m。
三、采购内容、技术参数及要求承重25㎏聚乙烯包装袋技术要求如下：1范围本标准规定了功能糖食品包装用聚乙烯包装袋的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存要求。
本标准适用于功能糖食品包装用塑料聚乙烯包装袋的采购、进货检验及产品包装检验。
