五、标题编号：正文中所有的标题均需独占一行，任何级次的标题均需列出具体的标题题目。

序号使用格式为：一级标题用汉字“一、二、……”，居中排列，上下各空一行；二级标题用“（一）（二）（三）……”，前空两汉字格；三级标题用“1、2、3、……”，前空两汉字格。

六、例句和图表：独立列出的例句用五号楷体，编号采用（1）（2）（3）的形式，全文所有例句连续编号。

会议摘要及论文格式一、摘要格式1. 请在2018年3月25日之前通过电子邮件发送500-1000字的摘要与投稿人基本信息（简介）与联系方式（见附件2）。

2. 须附英文摘要，内容对译。

摘要的结构主要包含五个方面：背景与目的、方法、结果、结论（观点）或建议。

目的部分须简洁。

摘要页应包括文题、作者姓名（汉语拼音）、单位名称、所在城市名及邮编。

二、全文格式1. 论文题目（见附件1）所有来稿请提供中英文题目。

题目力求简明、醒目，能反映出文章的主题。

中文文题一般不宜超过20个汉字。

2. 摘要须附中、英文摘要，内容对译。

结构主要包含五个方面：背景与目的、方法、结果、结论（观点）或建议。

目的部分须简洁，可以省略。

中文摘要XXX字左右，英文摘要应包括文题、作者姓名（汉语拼音）、单位名称、所在城市名及邮编。

3. 关键词关键词3~5个，包括研究区域、研究时段、研究方法、研究学科等。

4. 论文字数XXXX字以内（包括题目、摘要、参考文献等）。

5. 计量单位与变量文稿中计量单位一律使用国家法定计量单位，所有计量单位符号均为正体，用标准符号表示，如“m”、“m 2 ”、“t”等。

各种专业术语按国家标准使用，同一名词术语、计量单位、人名、地名等要求全文统一。

变量采用斜体，但数字采用正体。

6. 图表格式每幅图表应冠以中、英文图（表）题。

说明性资料应置于图（表）下方注释中。

本刊采用三线表（在Word软件中选：表格-插入表格-自动套用格式-简明1），如遇有合计或统计学处理行（如t 值、p 值等），则在这一行上面加一条分界横线。

图表中如有引自它刊者，应注明出处。

文章全部图表不能超过5个。

7. 数字执行GB/T15835-1995《关于出版物上数字用法的规定》。

公历世纪、年代、年、月、日、时刻和计数、计量均用阿拉伯数字。

8. 统计学符按GB3358-82《统计学名词及符号》的有关规定书写。

书写时需特别注意这些字母是英文还是希文、是大写还是小写、字母顶端的标记及上下角标。

国际会议论文摘要post样版on Agriculture and Environment 20121Yuji KAMIYARIKEN Plant Science CenterAbstract:The phytohormone auxin plays critical roles in the regulation of plant growth and development. Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) has been recognized as the major auxin for more than 70 years. Although several pathways have been proposed, how auxin is synthesized in plants is still unclear. Previous genetic and enzymatic studies demonstrated that both TRYPTOPHAN AMINOTRANSFERASE OF ARABIDOPSIS (TAA) and YUCCA (YUC) flavin monooxygenase-like proteins are required for biosynthesis of IAA during plant de- velopment, but these enzymes were placed in two independent pathways. Recently, we demonstrate that the TAA family produces indole-3-pyruvic acid (IPA) and the YUC family functions in the conversion of IPA to IAA in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) by a quantification method of IPA using liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–tandem MS. We further show that YUC protein expressed in Escherichia coli shows faint yellow color suggesting the presence of FMD and directly converts IPA to IAA. Indole-3-acetaldehyde is probably not a precursor of IAA in the IPA pathway. Our results indicate that YUC proteins catalyze a rate-limiting step of the IPA pathway, which is the main IAA biosynthesis pathway in Arabidopsis.Although 2,4-D and other synthetic auxins were used inagriculture to increase crop production, specific inhibitors and promoters of IAA biosynthesis were not well studied. Our identification of the two specific enzymes for IAA biosynthesis may give us new approach to increase crop production by regulating auxin biosynthesis.Yuji Kamiya is a Group Director of the RIKEN Plant Science Center. 2 方法论2.1 格式在“页面设置”的“页边距”选项中：“上”页边距设置为41mm，“下”页边距为41mm，“左右”页边距都为32mm，“距边界”中“页眉”设置13mm，“页脚”设置为20mm。

“文档网格”选“无网格”。

正文采用一栏式，在“格式”的“分栏”选项中，“栏数”设置为1。

在联烯的三个碳原子中，末端的两个sp2杂化的碳原子以剩下的未杂化的p轨道与中间的sp杂化的碳原子的两个互相垂直的p-轨道交盖形成两个互相垂直的π轨道。

当联烯末端的同一碳原子上的取代基两两不同时，联烯则具有轴手性，其构型可通过Cahn-Ingold-Prelog规则判定。

联烯化合物独特的反应性一方面来自这种独特的互相垂直交盖π-轨道，另一方面来自联烯末端的两个碳原子（四个取代基）对不同取代基的装载能力。

通过对底物及反应条件的调控，反应可以选择性的发生在联烯的三个不同的碳原子上。

由于其独特的结构及反应性，联烯在天然产物的合成中也有比较广泛地应用。

近年来越来越多的含联烯结构的天然产物被分离和鉴定，到目前为止已有约150个，这也极大地推动了联烯化学的发展。

我们小组在官能化的联烯的环化反应方面也作了一些研究。

最近我们小组发现并发展了官能化联烯的双分子氧化偶联反应，该反应能有效的一步构建双环化合物。

基于这些发现，我的工作就是设计和发展联烯与联烯、联烯与炔烃的偶联环化反应。

主要包括以下三大部分：第一部分：2,3-联烯酸(酰胺)与联烯的偶联环化反应1．我们研究了2,3-联烯酸双分子氧化偶联反应。

在研究过程中我们发展了三套氧化体系(a) n-C3H7I + O2, (b) KI + O2, (c) 苯醌来实现钯物种的催化循环，并且还研究了在这三套氧化体系下的取代基效应。

2．在实现了2,3-联烯酸自身双分子氧化偶联反应之后我们又研究了2,3-联烯酰胺与1,2-联烯基酮的交叉偶联反应。

根据我们小组以前的研究2,3-联烯酰胺有两种环化方式：即氧进攻生成Furanimine结构的化合物，或氮进攻生成内酰胺的产物。
