Unit 2 Healthy eating食品与健康世界卫生组织评出十大垃圾食品1.油炸食品此类食品热量高,含有较高的油脂和氧化物质,经常进食易导致肥胖;是导致高脂血症和冠心病的最危险食品。
在油炸过程中,往往产生大量的致癌物质。
已经有研究表明,常吃油炸食物的人,其部分癌症的发病率远远高于不吃或极少进食油炸食物的人群。
2.罐头类食品不论是水果类罐头,还是肉类罐头,其中的营养素都遭到大量的破坏,特别是各类维生素几乎被破坏殆尽。
另外,罐头制品中的蛋白质常常出现变性,使其消化吸收率大为降低,营养价值大幅度“缩水”。

此外,由于高浓度的盐分可严重损害胃肠道粘膜,故常进食腌制食品者,胃肠炎症和溃疡的发病率较高。
4.加工的肉类食品(火腿肠等)这类食物含有一定量的亚硝酸盐,故可能有导致癌症的潜在风险。
此外,由于添加防腐剂、增色剂和保色剂等,造成人体肝脏负担加重。
还有,火腿等制品大多为高钠食品,大量进食可导致盐分摄入过高,造成血压波动及肾功能损害。
5.肥肉和动物内脏类食物虽然含有一定量的优质蛋白、维生素和矿物质,但肥肉和动物内脏类食物所含有的大量饱和脂肪和胆固醇,已经被确定为导致心脏病最重要的两类膳食因素。
现已明确,长期大量进食动物内脏类食物可大幅度地增高患心血管疾病和恶性肿瘤(如结肠癌、乳腺癌)的发生风险。
6.奶油制品常吃奶油类制品可导致体重增加,甚至出现血糖和血脂升高。

通过学习,学生能够理解王鹏和雍慧的菜单都存在片面性,都不属于健康均衡的饮食,进而在Using Language进行听力和阅读语篇的训练。
Learning about Language 部分由 “词汇学习”和“语法学习”两部分组成。
本单元的最后一个任务是主题写作,要求学生为家庭制作晚餐食谱,分析食谱包含的食物是否能够提供均衡营养,学以致用。
二、学情分析本节课的教学对象是高一年级的学生,他们已经具备一定的英语基础知识,能运用逻辑思维能力解决问题,对“健康饮食”这一话题也不陌生,能够激发他们的学习兴趣,但是对于本单元涉及的大多数专业词汇,学生还是存在问题。
基于此,小组合作学习方式是高一英语课堂的常用形式。
三、教学目标和教学重点及难点1.教学目标。
(1)掌握本单元的核心词汇和短语以及情态动词的功能和用法;(2)根据食物的分类,了解食物的不同功能;(3)能够谈论什么是健康、均衡的饮食;(4)引导学生关注合理饮食、饮食习惯、饮食结构、饮食文化等。

1.3 READING 讲述王鹏和咏慧开饭店的不同风格和顾客对不同食品的反应,反映了现代人对饮食的关注和对时尚的追求。
但王鹏和咏慧都没有提供平衡的膳食,经过一段时间的磨合,他们决定合作,提供既有能量又有纤维的食品。
戏剧性的结尾增添了故事的趣味性。
