颈动脉搏动
听诊
主动脉瓣反流、高血压 颈动脉搏动：搏动强劲，为 膨胀性，搏动感明显 颈静脉搏动：搏动柔和，范 围弥散，触诊无搏动感。
鉴别
颈部大血管区杂音考虑颈动 脉或椎动脉狭窄：
典型杂音：发自颈动脉分叉 部，向下颌部放射，出现于 收缩中期，呈吹风样高调性 质。

正常人颈外静脉常不显露，平卧时可稍见充 盈，充盈的水平仅限于锁骨上缘至下颌角距 离的下2/3. 异常：坐位或半卧位时，颈静脉明显充盈、 怒张或搏动，提示静脉压升高。

颈静脉搏动：见于三尖瓣反流
The pulse in the right internal jugular vein at the root of the neck. a pulsation in the jugular vein caused by conditions that inhibit diastolic filling of the right side of the heart. The patient is positioned under 45°, and the filling level of the jugular vein determined. Visualize the internal jugular vein when looking for the pulsation. In healthy people, the filling level of the jugular vein should be less than 3 centimetres vertical height above the sternal angle.
