产品概述CXBG-1-PS-SZN3103-W系列数字LED闪光灯(工业级)是专门针对治安卡口、超速抓拍、闯红灯等,室外电子警察的工作环境和功能要求而研制开发的大功率高性能数字脉冲闪光灯。
该产品采用我公司最新研发的专业闪光控制电路,具有回电快、寿命长、准确的控制闪光时间、闪光瞬间内保持以大功率方波形式输出有效地供给相机曝光周期内所需的光能量等特点。
能够满足在各种光线条件下,辅助摄像系统实现对车辆和驾驶员清晰拍照的要求。

墨机三灯闪烁处理方法在控制面板上一起按住墨水键和进纸键然后开机,开机后3秒钟时,就立刻把进纸键的手松开,这时墨水键的手还按着大约10秒后就出现三灯再闪,这时可以把手放开,这样就能把ROM清好,主板就OK了。
这一操作的作用是将废墨计数器清零。
此外,还可以通过调整程序达到这一目的。
如果两年前遇到这种三灯闪故障全部都换主板,到了后来就进一步修主板,现在只是在控制面板按几下就OK,这说明修打印机要有经验,耐心才能把故障排除。
打印头电缆断线故障分析打印头电缆一般都采用塑料柔性带状电缆。
这种电缆在使用过程中容易产生折痕,一种是插在打印头插座一端的电缆,随着打印头的插拔次数增多,在折痕处就会发生断裂(修理时需将打印头拆下);另一种是随着打印时间的增加,打印电缆的中间部分很容易在字车移动过程中被磨损或产生折痕。
若将电缆上的绝缘层磨掉,会使打印针驱动信号与打印机机架短路,导致打印机主控电路故障;若打印电缆折痕处断裂则会使打印针驱动信号开路,引起对应的打印针不出针打印,致使打印字符/汉字缺点少划。
电缆的这两种故障可以用万用表检查。
方法是将万用表的两根表笔分别搭在电缆两端的对应线上,量其电阻是否为零,必要时还要在折痕处作弯曲试验,观察万用表上的阻值有无变化。
在确诊有断线后,用相同机型的打印头电缆更换即可。
切记电缆的断裂处不能用焊接的方法处理,因为这样会在使用过程中出现信号短路法处理,严重时将导致信号对地短路,引起打印机的主控电路产生故障。
在打印头电缆出现折痕,但末折断时,可采取预防措施,避免信号线折断。
其方法是:先截一段长约1.5cm的粘胶带,随后将一条长约o,5cm、宽度与粘胶带宽度相同的薄纸片贴到胶带的中部,以避免胶带中部与电缆粘在一起。
然后使电缆在折痕处微微向外弯曲,让纸片对正折痕,将胶带贴到电缆上。
这样,胶带片产生的拉力就会始终迫使电缆在折痕处微微向外弯曲,从而使电缆在折痕处产生一个向外的合适张力,这样可以可*地避免打印头在打印过程中向右运动致使电缆在折痕处产生折卷,防止打印头电缆中信号线的折断。

松开或上紧螺栓螺母之类机件时,请使用尺寸合适的工具,且施力恰当,以免损坏机器。
调整电位器,请注意方向,本文中标有CW时,按顺时针方向旋转, 标CWW,按反时针方向旋转。
第二章照明系统修理程序凡涉及机械电气光学压力流量位置等调整时,请专业人士协助实施。
否则后果自负。
2.1超高压汞灯电源异常程序1:超高压汞灯电源操作面板的检验对外围室(净化室)前而的操作而板进行如下的检测:电源开关是否打开?触发开关是否打开?报警灯是否亮?程序2:超高压汞灯控制箱的检验。
对外室上而的超高压汞灯控制箱进行如下检验:打开电源开关电源指示灯是否发亮风扇是否转动程序3: AC200V系统的检验打开外围室左侧后部的电控箱门,检验超高压汞灯电源的短路器是否处于通路状态。
程序4:恒温器的更换方法工具:六角起子套件十字起子套件关闭操作而板上的电源开关,然后再关闭汞灯控制装置内的电源开关。
约等30分钟,灯罩内达到足够冷冻状态。
松开右侧1个十字螺钉灯罩左侧两个十字螺钉,取下灯罩盖。
取下灯罩的盖子,用六角形起子将位于黑色板子上部的恒温器卸下。

要操作和维护设备的所有人必须读,必须彻底理解。
(1)、人员伤害。
在处理墨水和清洗溶剂时必须穿戴有遮边的保护眼镜及保护手套.(2)、人员伤害。
避免长时间呼吸到墨水和清洗溶剂。
立即清洗干净所溅出的墨水和清洗溶剂。
(3)、人员伤害。
在安装和移动墨水盒时要断开空气的供给,墨水系统解压,不得将有压力的墨水瓶移出保护罩,不得超出系统要求的最大压力。
(4)、人员伤害。
在任何时候遵守安装和操作指示。
但仅有受过训练的人可以维护及维修设备。
(5)、火警。
水性墨水在干燥后有可燃性余渣。
妥善处理墨水,清洗溶剂,及擦过它们的碎布等。
不要将墨水和溶剂倒入通常的排水系统。
要按你们地区或国家的要求来处理它们。
(6)、电气警告.要工作的电气设备,察看是否符合所有的电气安全规定和条例。
(7)、重要警告。
当要执行维护和修理工作时,关闭所有动力源,除非必须开著电源以进行调整。

It has the capability to generate high quality images with fine grain and good sharpness and is a good choice of film if enlargement prints are desired.KENTMERE PAN 100 35mm film is coated on 0.125mm/5-mil acetate base and is available in 24 or 36 exposure cassettes, or in bulk lengths of 30.5 metres (100ft). KENTMERE PAN 100 35mm film is supplied in DX coded cassettes, suitable for all 35mm cameras.EXPOSURE RATING KENTMERE PAN 100 has a speed rating of ISO 100/21º to daylight. The ISO speed rating was measured using ILFORD ID-11 developer at 20ºC/68ºF with intermittent agitation in a spiral tank.FILTER FACTORS KENTMERE PAN 100 film may be used with all types of filters (e.g. colour, polarising and neutral density filters) in the usual way. Follow the instructions given by the filter manufacturer.The exposure increase in daylight may vary with the angle of the sun and the time of day. In the late afternoon or the winter months, when daylight contains more red light, green and blue filters may need slightly more exposure than usual. Cameras with through-the-lens metering will usually adjust the exposure automatically when using filters. Standard capacity figures and replenishment rates can be maintained. KENTMERE PAN 100 is very robust in processing and will tolerate less than ideal processing conditions. Also, it will not contaminate the processing chemicals.Safelight recommendationsHandle KENTMERE PAN 100 film in total darkness.AgitationIntermittent agitation is recommended for use in spiral tanks and deep tanks. With spiral tanks, invert the tank four times during the first 10 seconds, then invert the tank four times again during the first 10 seconds of each further minute. Otherwise, follow the recommendations given by the processing equipment manufacturer.Stop, fix, wash and rinseFor best results it is recommended that all process solutions are kept at the same temperature or at least within 5ºC (9ºF) of the developer temperature.Stop BathAfter development the film can be rinsed inwater, but we recommend that an acid stop bath is used such as ILFORD ILFOSTOP (with indicator dye). ILFOSTOP is also recommended for all machine processing applications. When tanks or dishes (trays) of process solutions are in use a stop bath immediately stops development and reduces carry over of excess developer into the fixer bath. This helps to maintain the activity and prolong the life of the fixer solution. Remove excess rinse solution from the film before drying.Drying To avoid drying marks, use a clean squeegee or chamois cloth to wipe KENTMERE PAN 100 film beforehanging it to dry. 使用方法
一、调整水平
1.使用水平尺调平:使用250-300mm 长带气泡的水平尺调整摆放机器的桌子或支撑面是否水平,并调整使其水平;再将增黑机放在调平的桌子或支撑面上后,将水平尺放在增黑机入纸口处检查水平。
2.使用肉眼观测调平:将,加注清水或增黑剂并接通电源,观察传动辊是否左右均匀涂上药水,调整桌子或支撑面使传动辊为止。
3.调整方法:所可以每次使用增黑机前都应该检查或调整机器是否处于水平状态,否则将出现增黑不均匀状态!

橡胶(如图标号④)和底座之间加减垫来调整。
二、加注药水
1.药水类别:使用专用增黑剂或97#汽油即可。
2.加注方法:从如图标号①的药槽中加注药水,加注量以药槽内残留1-5mm 的药水为宜(具体视要加黑的硫酸纸量而定),当药槽中残留药水低于1mm 时应该补充药水,以免加黑不均匀。
三、加黑操作
1.送纸:将被加黑的平整的从送纸平台(如图标号②)送入机器中即可,
2.的纸,以便使其充分风干,并避免纸被风扇吹走。
硫酸纸碳粉面朝下注意:进纸的前沿和棍子平行,以免走斜而卡纸。
收纸:用手轻扶已经出来
3.卡纸:当出现卡纸时,立即关掉电源,去掉上胶辊罩(如图标号③),用手轻拽输出纸头至平整,用手轻拽输出纸头并再次打开电源至纸张顺利排出即可。
注意:不能强拉强拽,以免损坏电机!
4.二次加黑:当需要二次或多次加黑时应确保纸张完全干透并且平整。
三、保管及收藏
1.倒出药水:当使用完机器需要收起机器时应该拔掉电源并倒出药水,倒出药水时应写向进纸平台面旋转机器180°并将电机边稍微抬高,以免药水进入电机和风扇中使其损坏。
2.搽拭:将药槽、进纸平台、棍子上残留药水搽拭干净即可封存在干净不潮湿的地方。
