教学步骤：

Step 1 Warming up

1、师生问候。

T: Hello! I’m Miss…

S: Hello! I’m…

T: Glad to meet you!

S: Glad to meet you too!

2、听英语歌曲“What is this ?”让学生小声哼唱。

3、复习已学单词。

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1、出示一位同学的书包。

T: Look! What is this ? This is a schoolbag. Ss: This is a schoolbag.

带读。让学生单个练读，分组练读。纠正他们的发音。

2、用同样的方法教单词pencil, pen,.

游戏——Dragon game

S1: What is this?

S2: This is a pencil. What is this?

S3: This is a …

3、出示课文A部分教学挂图。

4、让学生带着问题听课文A部分录音，复述所听内容。

5、听课文A部分录音，跟读。读的时候指着自己脸上相应的部位

1） 仔细观察比较两个句子的相同和不同之处。

Unit8 What’s this?

教学目标：1.能听懂、会说book,pen,pencil,pencilbox,ruler。

2.能运用“This is my…”向他人介绍文具，能运用“What’s

this/that?”询问物品的名称。

教学重点、难点：

单数可数名词若泛指，其前需加a/an,而汉语中没有冠词这个词类，因此学生在指认学习用品时容易遗漏a/an。本课只要求学生初步感知这一语法现象。

教具准备：单词卡、教学磁带、录音机、小磁石等。

教学方法：讲授法、问答法、演示法、游戏法、情境教学法。

教学课时：三课时。

教学过程：

Period 1

Step1 Warming up

1.Greetings.

2.Sing the song Hello.

Step2 Presentation and drill

1.New words

（1）pen,pencil,pencilbox

①引出单词pen，能够起到承上启下的作用。

②板书pencil-box一词，引导学生发现这个单词的组成，用划线的形式将之分解成学生已经熟悉的pencil和box两个部分，先分别读再组合读。

（2）出示实物ruler，板书并带读（也可以采取集体练读、分组练读或单个练读等多种形式。）

（3）词汇操练。

①利用磁带的地道发音带读。

②每幅图配上句子，板书单词和句子，例如“It’s a ruler.”

(4)介绍完文具之后，引入称赞语“Oh,how beautiful!”,并鼓励学生对漂亮的事物给予赞赏。

课文学习：教师可分步骤循序渐进地引导学生熟悉课文。

① Listen and count

不打开书，只听音，听音前，给出任务；你听到了几种文具的单词？分别是哪几种？

② Listen and find

打开书，听音，划出所有文具的单词，检查刚才自己听到的是否正确。

一、教学目标：

1. Learn the words: an eraser, a pencil-box, a book, a ruler, a pencil sharpener.

2. Be able to use the sentence “What’s this?” “It’s …”.

3. Understand and tell the story.

二、教学重点：

Be able to use the sentence “What’s this?” “It’s …”.

三、教学难点：

Be able to use the word “a”& “an”; “Great!”, “Wonderful”.

四、教学用具：

Textbook, tape, tape-recorder, alphabet cards and word cards.

五、教学方法：

Games, reading, action, etc.

六、教学过程：

Step 2 Presentation & drill

1. Learn to say: an eraser.

T show “an eraser” picture and say “ Look! What’s this? It’s …” help Ss understand the

meaning.
