4.本品可抑制皮肤成纤维细胞合成（或）分泌胶原酶。

其主要有效成分是苯妥英，用于治疗癫痫大发作，对大发作有明显的对抗作用，增加剂量对小发作也具有一定的作用，但不如大发作明显. 该药呈强碱性，口服对胃肠道刺激性大，而且长期服用可致眼球震颤、共济失调、机体锌缺乏等副作用.二、目的要求1. 学习二苯羟乙酸重排反应机理。
