Unit4 It’s warm today
一、教学目标:
1．能听、说、认读有关天气的单词：windy,sunny,cloudy,rainy,snowy.
2．能听懂、会说简单的天气预报：Here’s the world weather.
It’s rainy\„ in London„.
3．能听懂Let’s do的指令并做出相应的动作。
二、教学重、难点：
1．重点：听说读写相关的单词，并能灵活运用。
2．难点：结合实际的天气情况运用所学句型描述天气。
三、教学准备：
1．教材相配套的课件[Let’s learn](B)、 [Let’s do]。
2．实物：雨伞、帽子、太阳镜、雨衣。
3．图片制作：靴子
四、教学过程：
Step1:热身、复习 (Warm-up/Revision)
1.学生跟录音唱歌曲“Thunder”。
2.教师提问：What’s the weather like in Huangdao today?
学生回答：It’s warm .
Step2:呈现新课 （Presentation）
1.教学:sunny
①T:Yes,it’s warm today.Because there’s a big sun in the sky.(Draw
a sun on the board.)
板书并教学sunny.
②出示太阳镜，教学“It’s sunny.Put on your sunglassea.”
2.教学:cloudy
① T:Look, is it a sun? No,it’s clouds. (Draw clouds on the
board.)
板书并教学cloudy.
② 出示雨衣，教学“It’s cloudy.Take your raincoat.”
3. 教学:rainy
① T:Look,so many clouds. Yes,it’s rainy. (Draw rain under the
clouds.)
板书并教学rainy.
② 出示雨伞，教学“It’s rainy.Open up your umbrella.”
4. 教学:windy
① T:Listen,who’s coming? Yes,Mr wind is coming. (课件播放风声音)
板书并教学windy.
② 出示帽子，教学“It’s windy.Hold on to your hat.”
5. 教学:snowy
① T:Look,What’s the weather like in Moscow? (课件播放下雪情景)
板书并教学snowy.
② 指示靴子图片，教学“It’s snowy.Put on your boots.”
6.教师播放Let’s learn的课件，学生观看。
教师提问：Is it rainy in London？
学生回答：Yes，it is rainy in London.
学生跟录音读课文。
7．教师出示世界地图：
①教师指图领读城市的名称：Moscow、London、Sydney、Singapore。
②请学生打开书，教师说城市名称的单词，学生在地图上指出城市的位置。
③教师提问，学生看插图猜：What’s the weather like in Moscow\„„?
Step3:趣味操练 (Practice)
Let’s find out
①教师提问：I like to watch TV on snowy days. What do you like to do
on snowy days？
(rainy、sunny、cloudy、windy)
学生回答：I like to „on „days.(目的：巩固天气形容词，复习所学
动词短语)
②学生根据自己的实际情况完成表格。
③小组汇报：I like to „ on „days.
Step4:扩展性活动(Add-activities)
T:Who wants to be the weather reporter? Give us a weather report.
学生用It’s „ in„报导地图上五个城市的天气情况。
