1.2. 技术记录本（TLB）用于记录飞机在运营中机组和维修人员发现的故障及维修人员的处理措施，以及所有的计划维修作业，是真实记载飞机适航状况与维修状态的证明文件。

1.3. 飞行记录本（FLB）用以记录飞机飞行时间、机组成员、油液添加等与飞行安全有关的使用信息，是公司营运状态统计工作的重要文件，也是实施航线维修、定期维修工作后提供适航性放行签证的文件。
