水利工程质量检测员资格考试大纲基础科目:水利工程质量检测基础知识【考试目的】主要考查应考人员对水利工程质量检测相关的法律法规、部门规章、规范性文件,法定计量单位、数值修约、极限数值与测量不确定度、统计技术与抽样技术,仪器设备管理、检测方法验证与确认,质量控制、管理体系建立和运行等知识的了解和掌握情况,以及应用于实际检测工作的能力。
【考试内容】一'水利工程质量管理与质量检测概况1.了解:(1)水利工程质量概念与管理的方法和措施。
(2)水利工程质量检测的发展历程。
(3)水利工程质量检测的作用和特点。
2.掌握:(1)水利工程质量检测的概念和依据。
(2)水利工程质量检测的步骤和要求。
(3)水利工程质量检测的类别及要求。
二、相关法律法规1.了解:(1)《中华人民共和国电子签名法》《中华人民共和国劳动法》《中华人民共和国安全生产法》中与检测单位及检测人员相关的法律责任的规定或罚则。
(2)《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》《建设工程安全生产管理条例》《危险化学品安全管理条例》中与检测单位及检测人员相关的法律责任的规定或罚则。
2.掌握:《中华人民共和国计量法》《中华人民共和国计量法实施细则》《中华人民共和国产品质量法》《建设工程质量管理条例》中与检测单位及检测人员相关的法律责任的规定或罚则。

(4)由石膏造成的安定性不良:规定普通/硅酸盐水泥中的SO3含量不得超过3.5%。
