重点学习问路中常涉及的相关用语Can you tell me the way to …？及其答语，同时学习与问路相关的一些词汇。

在前几册书中，学生已学习了介词的用法及Where …?的句式，教师可进一步结合本单元的话题引导学生进行交际。

本单元在实际运用中所涉及到的一些地名，学生在表述上会有一定的困难，教师可根据学生的实际适当允许学生使用中文地名，以降低难度，鼓励学生积极大胆参与语言交际活动。

学情分析：在教学中，教师应尽量为学生创设情景，充分利用图片、体态语言等，引导学生理解和运用所学的知识。

6B Unit 3 Asking the way 教学设计教材依据：牛津小学英语具有实用性强的特点，本单元安排的问路（ask the way）及指路(tell Sb.the way)是与现实生活密不可分的。

恰逢今年是奥运年，作为主人的我们如何高素质的为国外友人当好导游呢？因此我精心设计了这一课时。

设计思路：为了实现本节课的教学目标，同时激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，我安排了如下几个环节。

⑴利用学生对北京奥运感兴趣的特点，课前播放奥运歌曲，渲染上课气氛，并简单用英语介绍北京奥运的时间（from the 8th of August to the 24th of August）。

⑵创设情境引出主题：外国友人Tom 来观看北京奥运，围绕如何参观历史博物馆（History Museum）——如何购买纪念品(shopping centre)——如何邮寄(post office)回去，等一系列的活动来完成本节课的教育教学。

引导学生在活动的过程中，掌握句型：Excuse me, can you tell me the way to…?及答语Go along this street, and then tur n…at the …crossing.⑶第三步，Tom 准备到连云港来，请写下你介绍他游览的地方，并告诉他theway to…。

让学生写下来，使学生在听说读写等各个方面得以全面发展。
