本单元在学习语言知识的同时,要求学生用英语在父亲节母亲节会用本节课的生词,向自己的父母表达爱和感激之情。
在学习西方国家庆祝父亲节,母亲节会用本节课的生词﹑短语﹑句型。
如:alive ﹑whatever ﹑since ﹑care ﹑candy﹑take care of等。
培养学生的爱心和感激父母之心。

Are your parents still alive? 你的父母还在世吗?辨析alive,live,lively这三个词都可以作形容词,表示“活着”,但含义不同(1)alive是表语形容词,可以指人亦可指物,反义词为dead,不可置于名词前。

3. 过程与方法目标:在小组合作完成学习任务的过程中形成整体协作的意识,逐步学会通过不同渠道获取信息并处理、运用信息的方法。
学习重点:1. 本课中出现的词汇及相关表达法。
2. 关于母亲节、父亲节的信息和知识。
3.感受亲情,学会感恩。
学习难点:用英语讲述有关母亲节、父亲节的故事,表达自己的思想感情。
