1．Excuse me.Does the hotel have a puter?请问，宾馆有电脑吗？
Excuse me是一句口语的礼貌用语。多用于在打扰别人之前。可用于生活中的很多情景，下面为你归纳了它在日常生活中的10种常见用法。
（1）用来向不熟悉的人打听情况或提出请求(其实质用法是引人注意)，意为：请问；劳驾；对不起。如：
Excuse me,does this bus go to the railway station?请问这公共汽车去火车站吗?
Excuse me,sir,will you tell me the way to the post office?劳驾，你可以告诉我去邮局的路吗?
（2）用来客气地打断别人的话，意为：对不起。如：Excuse me,what you said was对不起，你说得不对。
Excuse me,a telegram has just arrived.对不起，刚收到一份电报。
（3）用作从别人面前经过时的礼貌用语，意为：劳驾；对不起。如：Excuse me,could I get past?劳驾，让我过去好吗?

（8）用来代替sorry表示道歉(主要用于美国英语中)，意为：对不起。如：
He said "Excuse me" when he stepped on my foot.他踩了我的脚时，说了声“对不起”。
（9）表示不耐烦或不愿帮忙，意为：对不起。如：Excuse me,I'm busy.对不起，我正忙着呢。
Excuse me,I don't know either.对不起，我也不知道。
（10）用来对有失礼仪的行为表示抱歉，如打嗝时说一声"Oh,excuse me",打喷嚏时说
"Excuse me for sneezing"等。
词语辨析：
Excuse me 和I'm sorry(可省略为sorry)虽然都可译为“请原谅”“对不起”，但他们的使用场合并不完全相同。现分别加以说是明。
（1）Excuse me 的适用场合：
①向人问路时。如：

③请求许可时。如：

⑤在席间或聚会场合中，需离开片刻时。如：

在Excuse me时，应用That's all right./Certainly./Never mind.来回答。
⑵I'm sorry(Sorry)使用场合：
①当自己要说话的话或要做的事可能引起对方不快时。如
I'm sorry,but I don't think I know you.对不起，我想我不认识你。
I'm sorry,but I don't stay here any longer.对不起，我不能再在这里久留 了。
②当自己无法帮对方的忙或解答问题时。如：
Sorry,I don't know.对不起，我不知道。
③当自己无法做某事时。如：
Sorry,I can't be here so early.对不起，我不能这么早来。
④当自己说错了话，做错了事以后。如：
I'm very sorry,Tom. I take back what I said. 对不起，汤姆，我叫回我说过的话
⑤当自己听到某消息不安时。如：
I'm sorry to hear that.听到这个消息我感到难过。
I'm sorry后可跟“介词for + 动名词”，或动词不定式，或宾语从句。如：
I'm sorry for having kept you waiting so long
I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long.
真对不起，让你久等了。
I'm sorry 的答语常见的有：It's all right./That's all right./That's O.K.
