各国拉伸试验对比各国拉伸试验的对比拉伸试验是材料力学性能测试中最基础和重要的试验之一,各国在拉伸试验的标准和操作上存在一些差异。

一、中国标准中国的拉伸试验标准为GB/T 228.1-2010《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法》。
该标准规定了金属材料拉伸试验的试样制备、试验设备、试验环境、试验程序、试验结果处理和试验报告等内容。

LBB和BP在核电站管道设计中的异同性分析刘永【摘要】The similarity and difference of LBB and BP piping design were analyzed from the aspect of their design philosophy ,as well as the material quality requirement ,fabri-cation requirement ,applicationscope ,leak detection ,crack analysis ,local effect and global effect . The research results show that BP’s “defense in depth” system encompasses the main content of LBB .Requirements of BP pipe are more complicated than that of LBB .Local effect and global effect of primary coolant pipes between appli-cation of LBB concept and that of BP concept are almost the same .%对LBB(破前漏)和BP(破裂排除)两种设计理念进行了比较,从材料质量要求、制造要求、应用范围、泄漏监测、裂纹分析及局部效应、全局效应等方面,对BP和LBB管道设计中的异同性进行了分析。
分析结果表明:BP的“纵深防御”体系能包络LBB的主体内容;相对于LBB ,BP对管道设计的要求更复杂;主冷却剂管道采用LBB和BP后的局部效应和全局效应大体相同。
