高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测动物性食品中氟吡菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺、螺虫乙酯残留量陈 盛(上海必诺检测技术服务有限公司,上海 201114)摘 要:建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物性食品中氟吡菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺、螺虫乙酯残留量的方法。
样品采用QuEChERS法净化,以0.1%甲酸水溶液(含10 mmol乙酸铵)及乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,通过Poroshell 120 EC-C18液相色谱柱分离,以电喷雾正离子(ESI+)多反应监测模式对目标物进行定性定量分析。
该方法在2~200 μg·L-1线性良好,相关系数均>0.992,方法检出限为0.01 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.03 mg·kg-1。
在加标水平为0.03 mg·kg-1、0.10 mg·kg-1、0.30 mg·kg-1时,方法的回收率为80.3%~94.3%,RSD在4.3%~8.7%。
该方法操作简便、检测效率高,分离目标物效果好,可以满足动物性食品中氟吡菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺、螺虫乙酯残留量的检测。

The sample was purified using the QuEChERS method, with 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (containing 10 mmol ammonium acetate) and acetonitrile were used as mobile phases for gradient elution, separated by Poroshell 120 EC-C18 liquid-phase column, and the target substance was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by electrospray positive ion (ESI+) multi reaction monitoring mode. This method had good linearity in the linear range of 2~200 μg·L-1, and the correlation coefficients were>0.992, the detection limit of the method is 0.01 mg·kg-1, and the quantitative limit is 0.03 mg·kg-1. At the spiking levels of 0.03 mg·kg-1, 0.10 mg·kg-1, and 0.30 mg·kg-1, the recovery rate of the method is 80.3% to 94.3%, and the RSD is 4.3% to 8.7%. 实验以正己烷为萃取剂,对色谱条件进行优化。
实验结果显示,6种有机磷化合物在0.1~1.0 μg·mL-1线性关系良好,检出限为0.010~0.200 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.54%~4.72%,加标回收率为76%~104%,本方法能满足水中有机磷农药检测的实际需要。

The experiment used n-hexane as the extractant to optimize the chromatographic conditions. The experimental results showed that the six organic phosphorus compounds had a good linear relationship between 0.1 and 1.0 μg·mL-1, with a detection limit of 0.010 to 0.200 μg·L-1, a relative standard deviation of 1.54% to 4.72%, and a recovery rate of 76% to 104%. 关于NiagaraNetwork Discover方面的问题关键字:Discover问题描述我们在用Niagara Network的Discover功能时,有时会遇到一些问题,从而无法完成网络集成。
在Discover时通常会遇到以下问题:1)Discover搜不到某些Station。
2)完全搜不到任何Station,这可能是防火墙导致的。
Niagara Network通常使用IP通信,如果打开防火墙,外部发送到本地的链接请求会就会被阻挡,因此我们需要关闭防火墙。
如果您的防火墙无法关闭,或者您不希望完全关闭防火墙,那么您可以为您的Niagara Network通信打开一些特定的通信端口。
3)在JACE上的NiagaraNetwork进行 Discover时,立刻报错。
从Job日志里能看到如下错误:解决办法1)问题1,解决办法,手动添加Station:A.步骤1:在NiagaraNetwork的Station Manager 视图中,点击底部的New按钮,新建一个Station。
如下图所示,Name为您想要添加的station的名称(必须一样),Address为您想要添加的station所在PC的Niagara Network 通信的IP地址,Fox Port 设成4911,Use Foxs设成True,Credential Store中的Username和PassWord为您想添加的Station中的某个用户的账号和密码,保持其它属性的默认状态。
其它步骤请参考TCP培训Lab28()。
B.步骤二:Station添加完毕之后,会出现在Database中,右击Database当中的刚刚建的工作站,选择Actions,然后使用Ping强制建立一个连接。
注意,连接仅仅会保持短暂时间。
连接将会进入一个Fault状况,因为远端工作站所提供的TLS安全证书尚未获得批准。

分析检测气相色谱法测定板栗中乐果和杀螟硫磷农药残留黄 红(安徽省林业高科技开发中心,安徽合肥 230031)摘 要:建立了气相色谱法同时测定板栗中2种常用有机磷杀虫剂残留量的分析方法。
样品经乙腈提取、过滤、浓缩后,用丙酮定容,注入气相色谱仪,农药组分经DB-17毛细管柱分离,用火焰光度检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。
结果显示,在10~500 μg·L-1浓度范围内,乐果和杀螟硫磷峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.006 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.02 mg·kg-1;加标回收率在84.01%~100.59%,相对标准偏差≤5.05%。
该方法准确,前处理过程简便、快捷,适用于板栗中乐果和杀螟硫磷农药残留的检测分析。

The samples were extracted, filtered and concentrated by ethene, then fixed with acetone and injected into the gas chromatograph. The pesticide components were separated on a DB-17 capillary column, detected by a f l ame photometric detector, characterized by retention time and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that in the concentration range of 10~500 μg·L-1, the peak areas of dimethoate and fenitrothion showed good linear correlation with the concentration, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The limits of detection were 0.006 mg·kg-1, and the limits of quantification were 0.02 mg·kg-1. The recoveries of the spiked pesticides were in the range of 84.01%~100.59%, and the relative standard deviations were ≤5.05%. 水质分析报告表水质分析报告表水质分析报告表水质分析报告表土的腐蚀性分析报告土的腐蚀性分析报告土的腐蚀性分析报告土的腐蚀性分析报告1、工程概况中兴能源(内蒙古)有限公司年产10万吨甜高粱茎杆燃料乙醇项目工程勘察场地位于巴盟五原工业园区,受甲方委托我公司对拟建场地进行了详勘阶段岩土工程勘察。
拟建主要建筑物有:6个糖罐Ф=31.2m、办公楼四层、食堂宿舍楼三层、污水处理站、蒸馏脱水车间、发酵车间、锅炉房和积压榨汁车间等。
根据工程重要性等级为二级、场地复杂程度等级为二级和地基复杂程度等级为二级,综合确定本次岩土工程勘察等级为乙级。
本次勘察的依据为《岩土工程勘察规范》(GB50021-2001)、《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)、《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002)。
2 勘察工作概况2.1勘察方法本次岩土工程勘察采用DPP-100型汽车钻两台,采用泥浆护壁回转钻进。
利用单动双重取土器采取原状土样,现场原位测试为标准贯入试验。
于2010年3月15日完成外业钻探。
2.2勘察工作量(1)根据规范要求在拟建建筑物沿其周边及角点布设,钻孔间距控制在30米以内。
控制性钻孔为12m~40m,一般性钻孔8m~12m。
共布置钻孔148个,总进尺2196.0米。
(2)在钻探揭露的不同岩性的土层中取原状土试样138件,扰动土试样187件,并进行了室内土工试验。
(3)在钻探揭露的砂土层中进行标准贯入试验共424次。
(4)场地内布置3个钻孔进行地基剪切波速测试工作,钻孔编号为ZK1、ZK74、ZK137总测点为90点次。
详见〈地基剪切波速测试报告〉。
(5)取水4件和土样4件,进行对建筑材料的腐蚀性分析;(6)勘探点野外定位及孔口高程测量工作由专职测绘人员完成。
坐标及高程均采用绝对值,坐标系为北京54坐标系,高程采用1985国家高程基准。
3 拟建场地岩土工程条件3.1场地条件及地形、地貌拟建场地原为耕地及民房,场地内地形较平坦,标高变化在1022.87m~1024.28m。

方法:随机从多个区/县市场抽取样品120份,采用液相色谱串联质谱法进行定性定量分析。
结果:在120份抽检样品中,4-氯苯氧乙酸钠共检出20份,检出率16.7%,黄豆芽的检出率高于绿豆芽(P<0.05),区域检出率差别显著(P<0.05)。
结论:该市的抽检不合格率高于文献平均水平,需继续加大对豆芽的监管力度。

Method: 120 samples were randomly selected from several district and county markets for qualitative and quantitative analysis by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Result: Among 120 samples, 20 samples of sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate were detected, the detection rate was 16.7%. The detection rate of soybean sprouts was higher than that of mung bean sprouts (P<0.05), the regional detection rates were significantly different (P<0.05).
