气象传真接收机操作规程(FURUNO FAX-408)1.设置气象传真发播台频道进行自动接收世界各国气象传真发播台频道可在操作说明书的“FACSIMILE STA TION TABLES”中查阅。
频道有3位数字组成,其中第1, 2位数字为发播台频道号(如C00为日本东京台),第三位数为发播台频率号,当第3位数选择“*”号时,表示选择发播台所有频率。
在每次修改完发播台频率后,应及时更新表中的内容。
(1)按【CH】键调出频道显示模式。
(2)按【∧】【∨】键选择3位数的气象传真发播台频道;或(3)按【CH】,再用数字键直接输入3位数的接收频道。
当第3位数选择“*”号时,表示选择发播台所有频率进行扫描接收。
如选择日本东京台“C00*”频道表示选择日本东京台所有频率进行扫描接收。
(4)当日本东京台的任一频率开始发播气象图时,接收机即自动启动并打印。
2.设置气象传真发播台频道进行手动接收(1)—(3)同上。
(4)按【RCD】启动接收,此时显示“MANUAL START SERCHING FRAME”且【RCD】黄灯闪,如果还没开始记录再按一次【RCD】,【RCD】灯不闪而是直亮。
(5)按【RCD】停止记录且【RCD】灯灭。
3.设置定时接收时间(1)按【PRG】键显示设置模式(Setting mode)。
(2)按【2】键调出定时接收设置模式。
(3)按【4】键选择“STR”,并调出“存储定时接收”设置。
(4)用【▲/▼】键选择定时编程号,如R1(有16个定时编程号选择,按顺序分别为R0-R9,RA-RF),然后按【E】键确认,并调出定时接收的发播台“频道选择”设置。
(5)输入定时接收的发播台3位数频道号,然后按【E】键确认。
(6)用【▲/▼】键选择定时接收日期(其中“*”表示每天定时接收),然后按【E】键确认。
(7)输入定时接收的起始和停止时间(两个编程号的定时间隔必须至少1min)。
(8)按【E】键确认,按【C】键退出定时编程。

制作软件显示日本传真图目前日本传真图在基层气象台站使用较多,为气象保障提供了重要依据,但一般传真图显示软件操作比较烦琐,缺乏简单易操作的放大缩小功能,不符合预报员的习惯。
本软件利用Visual C#2008进行开发,实现日本传真图显示,在程序中进行了设计,做到了显示时尽量减少鼠标键盘操作的次数,很方便选择日期和文件,双击图像实现放大缩小,滚动鼠标中轴实现图像的滚动显示。
一、数据文件介绍利用CCTV接收到的日本传真图资料是日本传真图图像二元数据文件,为二进制文件,以字节为单位,每字节中的每一位表示图像上的一个点的二元值,0或1,图像像素存储顺序除jfuxt852.???外其余都是从上至下,对应每个字节从高位到低位,图像像素点高度为1728个,即每列216个字节,jfuxt852.???是从左到右。
二、编程环境编程环境为基于Windows的Visual C#2008。
三、功能介绍运行主要界面如图1所示。

单击左边列表框中带有“√”的传真图数据文件,可以在右边图像框中显示被选择的传真图。
2、图像缩小四倍显示。
由于图像较大,像素值为1152×1728,一般的计算机屏幕像素没有设置这么大,程序显示时只能在屏幕上显示一部分,为了整体看传真图,进行缩小四倍显示,像素值为576×864,当鼠标移到图像上双击时,实现图像正常显示和缩小四倍显示之间的自动转换,完成转换后点击另一张传真图,设置不变。
3、鼠标中轴实现图像上下滚动。
当鼠标停在图像上,流动中轴,图像随边上滚动条上下滚动。
4、时间时次选择和判断文件是否存在。
开始运行程序时,程序自动选择当前系统时间12小时以前时次的传真图,并判断传真图文件是否存在,存在,则在列表框文件尾加上一个“√”,单击文件名,则传真图可打开,否则加一个“×”,单击文件名不能打开。
由选择或输入日期可以选择传真图的日期,可以选择“08”和“20”两个时次。
日本传真图大整理一、日本传真图在数据库里面的命名格式:J XXXXX.AA B"J"代表日本传真图;"XXXXX"的位数不固定,其命名显示在每一张日本传真图上,具体解释见下面"TGRRXXV"的解释;"AA"为UTC时间的日期,“B”为初始场时间,初始场00UTC为“0”,初始场12UTC为“2”。

如日本东京一台的代号(呼号)为JMH ,东京二台为JMJ 。
