一、用途
该阀适用于冶金、化工、煤炭、水泥、石油、电力、市政等行业的管道系统。

本阀动作灵活、轻巧，密封性好。

三、结构、使用与材料
本阀门由阀体、阀板、轴等部件组成，本阀驱动部分由电动装置和二级减速装置组成，由电机的正反转使其达到“开”、“关”的目的。

各部件材料见下表
2、必须要确定电机的转向和阀门的开关方向是否一致。

3.安装与调整：
3.1 安装前应核对阀门性能与使用工况是否相符。

3.2 安装前应清洗阀门内腔，不允许有杂物、污物存于内腔。

3.3 本阀不允许承受拉伸、扭曲等外力。

3.4 安装前应检查阀门各部位连接螺栓有无松动，各转动部件转动是否灵活。

5.维修保养及使用：
5.1 本阀应保存在干燥处，不得露天堆放，阀门的进出口应密封，不准在蝶板上堆放重物
不能受冲击。

5.3 本阀户外安装时，用户应现场采取防雨、防尘及隔热措施。

5.4 定期检查各运动部件转动是否灵活，各部位螺钉有无松动，发现问题及时解决后方可继续使用。

5.5 阀门采用填料密封，使管道中介质不致渗漏。

如发现介质从轴缝中渗漏，可拧紧填料压盖上的调整螺栓以压紧
填料。

电动蝶阀操作维护规程(正式)Standardize The Management Mechanism To Make The Personnel In The Organization Operate According To The Established Standards And Reach The Expected Level.使用备注：本文档可用在日常工作场景，通过对管理机制、管理原则、管理方法以及管理机构进行设置固定的规范，从而使得组织内人员按照既定标准、规范的要求进行操作，使日常工作或活动达到预期的水平。

一、操作规程1、电动蝶阀有手动、电动两种工作方式，手动操作请参阅手动蝶阀操作规程。

2、将阀门开启或关闭时，应将蝶板开至5~85度之间再通电运行。

3、蝶阀手动启闭时，应先拨动电动装置上的转换手柄。

旋转手顺时针方向为关闭，反之为开启。

4、拨“现场”档位可用现场控制柜控制蝶阀的开停。

按动“开阀”按钮为打开蝶阀，按动“闭阀”按钮为关闭蝶阀，按动“停止”按钮为打开或关闭蝶阀的过程中随时停止蝶阀阀板的转动，操作过程中观察各指示灯的显示；拨“远程”档位，由中控室控制开停。

5、电动操纵时，按动电钮开心即可，手动自动变为电动操作状态，6、长期闭合的蝶阀附近会有泥沙沉积区，这些泥沙会对蝶阀的开合形成阻力。

开启时，应反复做开合动作，促使沉积泥沙的松动。

若发现蝶阀附近经常有泥沙沉积现象，应经常开闭蝶阀，以利于积沙的排除，同样对于长期不启闭的蝶阀，也应定期运转一两次，以防止锈死或淤死。

二、维护规程1、每六个月检查一次轴端，如有泄漏应及时更换填料。

2、电动装置拆卸维修后，应重新将其转矩限制机构调整到说明书给定的扭矩范围内。
