仪器介绍⼁赛默飞Q-ExactiveOrbitrap质谱仪经常会遇到这样的问题，'做代谢组学⽤什么仪器⽐较好？'，'这两台⾼分辨仪器怎么选择？'，'这台仪器都能做什么？'，这些可能是困扰研究者开展代谢组学研究的主要问题，特别是对于⼀些想去从事该⽅⾯研究，且有⼤笔仪器采购经费的实验室。
因为进⾏代谢组学研究有⼀段时间，且⽤过不同品牌的质谱仪，所以近期就根据⾃⼰的使⽤体会做⼀下仪器评价，其实也说不上什么评价，只是⾃⼰的使⽤感受⽽已，希望对⼤家有⽤。
想要开展代谢组学研究，特别是⾮靶向代谢组学研究，需要选择⼀台⾼分辨质谱仪（关于分辨率的解释，可以参看公众号之前⽂章：代谢组学研究中需要了解的质谱知识⼁分辨率），因此这⾥所评价的仪器也均是⾼分辨质谱仪。
今天要说的这台仪器是赛默飞公司的Q-Exactive Orbitrap质谱仪，因为前两天刚有合作实验室进⾏了该仪器的装机和培训，所以就先介绍⼀下这台仪器吧。
需要说明的是，如果想知道具体在参数上与其他公司仪器的对⽐，可以咨询相应⼚家的⼯程师，他们会给出详细的解释。
另外，在这⾥也仅是仪器在代谢组学应⽤⽅⾯的使⽤体会。
仪器介绍该仪器提供了四种分辨率，以m/z 200为例分别为17500，35000，70000，140000，⽤户可以根据⾃⼰检测的⽬的⾃⾏选择。
扫描⽅法主要包括：1. Full Mass：全扫，扫描范围m/z A~m/z A×152. SIM：选择离⼦监测3. AIF：All Ion Fragmentation，DIA的⼀种形式，将扫描范围内的所有离⼦进⾏碎裂4. dd-MS2：DDA扫描5. PRM：平⾏反应监测，⽤来做定量编辑⽅法时，可以根据⾃⼰的需要对这⼏种扫描⽅法进⾏组合，当然，仪器的⽅法编辑器中也内嵌了很多组合形式，研究者可以根据实验⽬的去选择。
如上图所⽰，在⽅法编辑器中，直接将需要的⽅法拖拽到指定区域，即可对⽅法的细节进⾏编辑。
