It emits light in the visible region of the spectrum (400 – 700 nm). The radiation power is less than 1 mW. 说明:需要进行发射机光束角度调整时,请先用螺丝刀拧开X/Y轴调整孔防水螺丝,然后用3mm一字螺丝刀伸入调整孔内进行调节
第三章:安装调试
1、根据需要防范的区域选好设备安装点;
2、用自攻螺钉将反射板固定在和激光探测器的对面预定安装位置,反射板尽量保持垂直;将激光探测器在预定的安装位置
上简单固定;连接好电源线和信号线(红色接DC 12V 正极,黑色接DC12V 负极,绿色、黄色为常闭信号输出,接报警主机或者其他控制设备);
3、由于反射式激光探测器采用的是808nm不可见激光作为探测器光源,为了提高调试效率,建议用户在傍晚或者晚上光线
暗淡的时候进行调试,调试前请准备好一张A4大小白色纸板,小一字螺丝刀,十字螺丝刀,活动扳手等工具;
4、对激光探测器通电(电源电压DC12V ),在探测器侧面可见探测器发射窗内有淡红色的激光;观察激光探测器蓝色的信号
指示窗,如果信号指示窗内蓝色指示灯点亮,表示探测器接收窗没有收到反射回来的激光信号;
5、拿一张A4大小的白色纸板以直立方式在探测器前方2米左右上下左右移动,纸板上是否有红色条状激光斑,当纸张上
出现条状红色光斑,表示激光探测器发出的激光射线与纸板位置在一条直线上;测试者保持纸板直立,边往后退,边观察纸板上的光斑;在15米左右处,观察探测器---纸板----反射板是否在一条直线上,如果不是在一条直线上,请拔出探测器背面的X轴、Y轴调整螺丝孔的胶塞,用一字螺丝刀伸入调整孔内,调整X轴或者Y轴的调整螺丝,探测器的激光射线会随着手动调整,左右或者上下移动;边调整边观察,如果观察到激光射线与反射板在一条直线上,就暂停调整;
6、测试者继续拿纸板往后退,保持激光射线光斑在纸板上可见,一直退到反射板附近,如果此时白纸板上的激光射线光斑
位置与反射板位置明显不符,继续调整探测器X轴或Y轴的调整螺丝,直至激光射线光斑刚好投射在反射板上;只要激光射线投射到反射板上,激光射线就会被反射板反射回到激光探测器端,此时激光探测器上的蓝色指示灯就会熄灭,表示激光探测器已经收到反射回来的激光信号。
7、保持探测器蓝色指示灯熄灭状态,将探测器和反射板紧固好;测试者从探测器和反射板之间以快速或者慢走等速度穿过,
探测器应能可靠报警,表示探测器已经调试完成。
