1、对事物的认识往往出现绝对化、片面性。
初中生处于心身成长发育阶段,这期间他们对世界充满好奇,有强烈的求知欲,但对事物的认识却还停留在外表形象的感知上或已有经验的迁移上,缺少分析、比较能力。
所以对事物的认识肤浅并且固执,极易片面走极端。
比如,学生在写反映现实的议论文时,针对社会上的一些干部腐化堕落、一些企业弄虚作假这一问题发表看法时,同学们经常这样写:‚现在社会的干部个个是以权谋私,焦裕禄早已不见了。
‛、‚到哪里去买放心菜?到哪里去买信得过的产品?‛又如,同学们在写校园生活,反映现代中学生精神面貌及教育问题时经常说:‚看到独生子女个个娇生惯养的样子,我们祖国的希望在哪里?‛、‚现在家长、老师管得太多,只有让我们任其发展、顺其自然,我们才能健康成长。
‛等等。
我们不排除这里有表达的问题,但也不难看出我们的学生对事物的看法是片面的,常常一叶障目,以偏概全,犯绝对化的毛病,这是一种认识方法问题,它往往影响着学生正确的世界观的形成,不可轻视。
2、心理素质差,唯我独尊,不能承受挫折。
现在的学生大多是独生子女,从小到大一直是在‚蜜罐‛里泡着,在父辈的羽翼下保护着,在夸奖和鲜花中长着,这样的环境使他们养成了娇气十足,形成了以我为中心,别人都得为我服务的心理。
就是这种心理、这样的娇气十足让他们吃不了一点苦,受不了一点挫折,心理非常脆弱。
有一位同学在作文中写自己上课和同桌讲话被老师发现时,写道:‚当老师点我名字时,我恨透了她,是她让我无地自容,我再也不上她的课了!愿上天惩罚她!‛还有的同学在《记一次劳动》中写‚我的任务是打扫厕所,可当我看到地面的赃物,闻到那令人作呕的气味,我只有逃跑,没想到,就因此叫班长训了一顿,真倒霉!为了完成任务我只好请小不点帮忙代我扫了。
‛他这样写,只因他被老师说了几句。
看看,受不了批评,也干不了脏活,这些问题反映的是什么?这样下去我们学生的未来怎么办?不应引起我们的注意吗?上面这些学生作文中反映的问题,虽不一定很普遍,但至少暴露了我们的学生在认识方法、心理素质、道德情操方面存在的问题,至少告诉我们不可轻视学生作文的思想内容,而应探究如何针对作文所反映的问题,采用什么方法去帮助学生、教育学生,使我们的学生积极健康向上,树立正确的人生观。
当学生的作文是‚抄袭‛时(案例点评)这学期,我新接了六(1)的语文课,第一次改到柳莹的作文《记一件难忘的事》时,我一眼就看出她的作文是‚抄袭‛的。
在写这篇作文的评语时,我没有道破它,仍然很欣赏地评价了文章的优点,并且把它评为‚优‛。
在作文讲评课的前一天,我挑选了几篇比较有代表性的作文,加上柳莹的这篇,然后,先把前面的几个作者叫到了办公室,我对他们说:‚你们的作文写得很有特色,老师打算把它们推荐给大家,不过,这次不是老师来朗读,而是让你们自己来朗读。
现在,你们就把作文拿回去读通读熟,明天朗读给全班同学听,让大家也点评点评。
‛接着,我又单独把柳莹叫过来,我对她说:‚刚才老师已经叫了好几位同学去准备明天读他们的优秀作文了,老师感觉你的这篇也很不错,所以,你也准备一下!‛当时她没说什么,只是默默地拿了作文走了出去……第二天清晨,我刚一到办公室,柳莹就早早地过来找我了。
她有些焦虑地看了看我,可以感觉出她昨晚的思想斗争。
我问:‚你有事吗?‛她很简单地冒出了一句:‚老师,我不想读自己的作文!‛我作思索状问她:‚为什么呢?昨晚你不是已经接受了吗?‛她沉默着没说话。
我又问:‚是不是觉得自己朗读得不好呢?那没事,老师请班级里朗读出色的同学来读你的作文,好吗?‛她听了有些急了,忙摇着头说:‚不,不用了,我就是不想读这篇作文!‛我想了想说:‚那好,老师可以答应你的要求,只是老师有些迷糊,你要给老师一个理由,哪怕这个理由不充分,不怎么恰当……‛她犹豫了片刻,终于小声地说:‚老师,我的作文是模仿别人的,那是《小学生时代》里的一篇作文,有些同学也有,我只改了一点点……大家肯定没兴趣听的……‛说着,她有些不好意思了,红着脸低下了头。
‚哦,模仿的啊,那没什么的!‛我委婉地说:‚我们小学生作文刚起步,适当的模仿总是有的。
当然,如果你只是改了一点点,那的确不好读给大家听,老师理解你,这次就不读你的作文了。
下次你争取不模仿或少模仿,让老师也读读你的作文,行吗?‛她见我依旧心平气和地答应了她的要求,原先的紧张顿时放松了下来,脸上不觉间也有了笑意。
她本能地舒了口气,显得有些开心,认真地点着头说:‚谢谢老师!我一定努力!‛在接下来的几次作文中,柳莹的确努力了,她都是自己写的。
虽然没有‚抄袭‛的精彩,有些还很简单,但我同样的欣赏她!我在她的作文评语中这样写道:‚柳莹,老师因为你的说到做到而开心,谢谢你!你的作文展示的都是你自己的东西,老师喜欢!‛而在课堂上,每次看着她,从她的神情中我总能真切地感受到她对我的信任和默契,我们师生都是快乐的……我的思考:当学生的作文是‚抄袭‛时,教师完全有可能出现类似以下的三种做法:A、很生气地批评学生,甚至当众批评,然后处罚他让他重写等等,以求杀鸡骇猴。
B、随意打个‚不及格‛,写上一句措辞严厉的评语‚你的作文是抄袭,这就像偷别人的东西一样!‛作为标签,以示警戒。
C、单独地对学生进行摆事实讲道理,通过苦口婆心地讲解,让学生明辨是非,改过自新。
A和B行为下的学生或许也能告别‚抄袭‛,但它是以强制和打击下的伤害为代价的,学生的情绪(心理)是羞愧的、压抑的、焦虑的,即便学生有所改变,也容易是消极的,其结果,不但使学生对作文失去了兴趣,而且还会和教师形成对抗,有些甚至会产生‚以暴制暴‛与‚破罐破摔‛的逆反心理,从而影响了师生关系的各个方面,可谓是‚赔了夫人又折兵‛。
有时候,教师的这种处理方式表面上是‚压住‛了学生,实际上往往是把‚矛盾‛给激化了。
C的行为在某种程度上是教师最常用的方法,但又常常陷入说教的形式,成了教师的一厢情愿。
感觉教师是用心良苦用情深入,可学生所谓的‚受到教育‚却是被动的、受灌输的。
因为学生对教师所讲的那些‚道理‛是缺乏实际的体验的,是肤浅的,浮在表面不深刻的。
所以,学生的‚抄袭‛等行为很容易又会出现反复,久而久之,有些教师难免就会给这些学生戴上了‚屡教不改‛的帽子。
为此,我在上述事例中所采用的处理方式是有别于ABC的做法的。
我是把‚教育‛融会乃至隐匿在学生自然的实际生活的体验之中,将计就计,不露声色地用‚自己向大家朗读作文‛的方式使学生本能地产生‚思想的斗争‛,真切地感受到‚抄袭作文‛这一不良行为给自身带来的难堪和自我价值的贬低,从而让学生由被动的受教育变成了自主自觉的自我教育。
虽然从事情的表面上看不出我直接的正面的对学生的批评和教导,但是经我有意安排而形成的事情本身的自然发展状态却能让学生在不知不觉中真实地受到心灵的‚震动‛,而这种‚震动‛既是能顾及学生的自尊,又是发自学生内心的,由‚内‛而‚外‛,由‚思‛到‚行‛。
从事情的结果可看出,学生的情绪是积极向上的,师生关系至始至终是融洽的,不存在冲突性的矛盾。
因此,更能有效地改变学生的错误观念和不良行为。
回头想想,这就是‚体验教育‛和‚自我教育‛的功效,对出‚问题‛的小学生来讲,这是最好的教育方式。
只是这种方式不是自然产生的,它需要教师的用心设臵,用情引导,只要教师用心用情,那么师生都会是受益者!窦桂梅老师关于作文我先讲几个妈妈的故事。
我们走进这几个妈妈的故事,来反思反思我们的作文教学到底怎么了?我们的语文到底怎么了?我们看这样一位妈妈。
这个故事是九十年代初发生的。
北师大一位研究生叫卢迪到山海关旅游,听到这样一段母子的对话。
妈妈问儿子,那长城好不好看?儿子说,好看。
妈妈又问,你看那长城像什么?妈妈循循善诱,孩子心不在焉。
孩子想了半天,说,妈,你说啥呀?看不出来?妈妈说,儿子,你真笨啦!你看这长城多像一条蜿蜒的巨龙,多么雄伟,多有气势!卢迪听了心里直起鸡皮疙瘩。
因为对于一个八九岁的孩子,他怎么知道,什么叫蜿蜒,什么气势。
他压根就不知道什么是龙,还愣说是蜿蜒的巨龙。
他的脑子里根本就没有这个概念,妈妈就这样灌输着。
卢迪想起了自己的妈妈、自己的老师不也是这样教育自己的吗。
比如,写秋天的稻田,老师就在结尾加一句,充满丰收的喜悦。
要写我武夷山的景象,结尾就加上,祖国大好河山,我爱你!如此,卢迪从小学到初中,作文就是这样走过来的。
难怪他后来留学到了加拿大故宫面前一句话也说不出来,因为他肚子里装的这些词、那些句没法形容眼前这大自然的造化。
接下来,卢迪就当了一名家教。
一天,卢迪看到了孩子的一篇作文。
卢迪就问,孩子,你的作文是不是抄来的?孩子生气了,说,根本就不是,那是我自己写的。
然后,卢迪就问他说,我问你,你热爱你的家乡吗?孩子看了看卢迪的表情,再转身发现他妈妈没在,他就说,你想听真的?卢迪说,对。
他刚想说,妈妈端着水果进来了,他一伸舌头不说了。
卢迪说,这样咱俩就用英语说吧。
于是孩子说,我根本就不爱我的家乡,这里污染特别严重,经济非常落后,这里的人我都不喜欢。
说句心里话,叔叔,我就想像你那样出国留学,最后到北京、到上海这些大城市。
卢迪说,既然你心里这样想的,为啥不这样写?孩子说,这是我的心里话,这不叫作文。
作文一定要写健康的,一定要写向上的。
我们这样写,老师就给我们没影儿。
卢迪心想,这可怎么办?说,孩子,你别怕,你就这样写,你要做个真实的人,不能虚伪。
你怎么想,就怎么写,难道你写家乡不好就等于不爱家乡吗?不一定,说明你爱家乡,你有这样的感受,你一定会改变你的家乡。
如果爱家乡就是说好好好,那家乡就不需要建设了。
聊得忘了形,俩人用汉语开始说了,他妈妈早就在旁边听见了,便故意咳嗽了两声。
孩子一听明白了,妈妈在旁边。
于是卢迪就这样继续辅导孩子,完了,走到门口系鞋带的时候,就看见孩子的妈妈用手指着孩子的额头说,孩子,你作文千万不能听刚才卢叔叔说的话,听见没有?他留学这么多年了,不了解中国的国情,知道不?儿子说,我明白了。
卢迪没法再解释,只好走了,但他心里非常的痛苦。
他写下了这样一段文字:上两位母亲不是典型的中国语文教师,但是最典型的中国化的语文老师。
他们的引导与教诲就是最典型的中国化的语文教学方式。
由此,我,大家在反思语文的教育体系,包括我们的社会环境。
我们心灵语言和灵魂的委缩,都表现在以下几点:我们国家使用统一的教材,虽然现在是一纲多本,但大多数教材还是统一的,几亿的孩子学的大体一样的文章。
中国古代文化,浩如烟海,但选来选去总停留在那有数的几篇上。
我们的眼光完全一致,冥冥之中,有一种东西,框住了我们的精神家园,我们的精神视野扯住了我们本来应该放眼世界,纵横古今的目光。
全国认同一种精神言语方式,用这统一的语言方式去统一我们不同的大脑,老师们,这是我们的妈妈的故事。
