复合式换流阀冷却系统的设计与试验

(1.许昌许继晶锐科技有限公司,河南许昌461000;2.国家电网公司运行分公司哈密管理处,新疆哈密839000)摘 要:换流阀冷却系统是高压直流输电工程中换流阀安全运行的重要保证三换流阀冷却系统主要采用水-水冷却和水-风冷却两种方式三水-水冷却方式存在高水耗二排水污染以及使用范围受地区限制等问题;水-风冷却方式存在换热效率低二高能耗二高维护成本以及难以满足极端高温环境下的换流阀换热要求等问题三针对上述缺陷和实际应用需求,设计了一种不受地域二水源和环境条件限制的复合式换流阀冷却系统三该系统采用水-风冷却方式,并以制冷机组为辅助冷却系统,具有零水耗二无排水污染及低能耗等特点三仿真试验表明,该系统为我国直流输电工程的发展提供了技术支撑三

2.Hami Management Office,Grid Operation Branch of State Grid Corporation of China,Hami 839000,China)Abstract :The cooling system of converter valve is an important guarantee for the safe operation of converter valve in high-voltage direct current (HVDC)project.Water-water cooling and water-air cooling are two of the mainly used methods in cooling system of converter valve.The water-water cooling method has the problems of high water consumption,drainage pollution and limited application range;while the water-air cooling method has the problems of low heat exchange efficiency,high energy consumption,high maintenance cost and the difficulty to meet the heat exchange requirement in extreme high temperature environment.Considering the defects mentioned above and actual application requirements,a compound converter valve cooling system has been designed,which is not restricted by geographical,water source and environmental conditions.The system utilizes water-air cooling method,and uses the refrigeration unit as the auxiliary cooling system,which features zero water consumption,no water pollution and low energy consumption.Simulation experiments show that the system can provide technical support for the development of direct current transmission project in our country.
