摘要 随着中国加入世界贸易组织,对外开放步伐的加快,商贸企业间的竞争欲加激烈,特别是零售业正面临前所未有的挑战。企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须能够纵观历史和洞察未来趋势,以快速做出决策,应对市场变化。而快速决策来自于对市场、客户、企业营销状况等的正确、充分分析。原有的ERP系统作为一种管理系统难以做到这一点,而商业智能系统则可以很好的解决这个问题。商业智能是一种综合运用了数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术来处理和分析数据的崭新技术,它使我们能够将数据转变为信息和知识。 论文结合重庆商社集团商业智能系统的设计与实施,深入分析和研究了商业智能系统及其核心技术:数据仓库技术、联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术。数据仓库是支持管理决策过程的、面向主题的、集成的、随时间而变得、持久的数据集合,用于支持经营管理中的决策制定过程。数据仓库技术有效利用了企业在长期运作中积累的大量数据,从而解决了以往“数据丰富、信息贫乏”的矛盾,真正使决策支持系统从“模型驱动”到“数据驱动”的转变成为可能;OLAP技术在数据仓库的基础上进行数据的预测、分析和决策;数据挖掘从大量的、不完全的、有噪声的、模糊的、随机的实际应用数据中,提取隐含在其中的、人们事先不知道的、但又是潜在有用的信息和知识。 为了增加系统建设过程的可行性,论文引入了基于生命周期的项目管理理论,提出了一种较为完善、并具有实际使用价值的商业智能系统构建方法。在分析了重庆商社集团信息化特点及业务需求的基础上,提出了商社集团商业智能系统建设的总体架构,并根据实际需求进行了系统功能概要设计和数据仓库主题的分析设计。结合商社集团的零售业板块需求分析和系统设计,给出了基于微软SQLSERVER商业智能解决方案的商社商业智能系统的应用。 论文在分析了国内外商业智能系统理论及应用的基础上,明确了商业智能系统在企业管理与决策中的地位与作用。论文重点研究了商业智能系统的构建技术和构建过程,并针对重庆商社集团的特点,研究设计了集团零售业的商业智能解决方案,该方案为我国企业的商业智能系统应用研究提供了有价值的借鉴。

关键词:商业智能数据仓库OLAP数据挖掘零售企业重庆大学工程硕士学位论文英文摘要ABSTRACT With China's entry into WTO, the pace of opening to the outside world will befurther quickened; there will be more intense competition in the field of trade enterprise.Especially,the retail trade industry is facing an unprecedented degree of challenge. Inthe future, if a enterprise wants to survive himself in the intense competition, he has tobe able to look over the history and fasts to see clearly the future tendency thus to makethe decision-making. The fast decision-making came from the correct full analysis tothe market, the customer, the enterprise marketing condition and so on. However thesystem can not be competent for this task, while the Business Intelligence (BI) will do itwell. BI is a new technology, which makes integrative use of Data Warehouse (DW),On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP), and Data Mining (DM) and so on. Via BI, wecan transform raw data into usable information and knowledge. Firstly, the basic theory of BI is introduced, including the current concept andevolution.Secondly, the main technology of BI are analyzed,which include DW, OLAPand DM. A data warehouse is a subject-oriented, integrated, time-variant, nonvolatilecollection of data in suort of management's decision-making process. In broad sense, thedata warehouse is more than just data, is also the process managers that makeinformation available enabling people to make informed decisions. The data warehousetechnologies make good use of volumes of data that were accumulated in the long-termoperation of corporations, which resolve the contradiction that data is abundant, whileinformation is indigent, and also make it possible for the change of DSS from"model-driven" to "data-driven". We use OLAP to predict, to analysis and to makedecision, which is based on data warehouse. Data Mining is the technique that refinesthe hidden, unknown but potential useful information and knowledge from huge mountof, incomplete, noisy, fuzzy and random business data. This text has described the basictheories in data warehouse and data mining; it is analyzed that the main method used indata mining usually adopts at present. In order to improve the controllability of the whole project process, we introducedlife-cycle based project management theory into the development guideline. In this wayit can gradually form a set of sound and practical business intelligent system .On thebasis of analyzing the characteristics of Chongqing General Trading Group informationand operation need, we have provided the general frame of seting up the business重庆大学工程硕士学位论文英文摘要

intelligent system of Chongqing General Trading Group, and also present the systemfunction summary design and data storage theme analysis design according to the actualneeds, finally combining the retail needs and system design of Chongqing GeneralTrading Group, set up the business intelligent system use based on The Microsoft SQLSERVER BI solution. Based on the deep investigation on the theory and alication of BI, the thesisanalyzes the role of BI in enterprise management and decision it actually holds. Thenthe paper goes deep into the research on the Business Intelligence system's constructiontechnique and at last puts forward a BI solution for retail enterprises according to thecharacteristics of Chongqing General Trading Group. The dissertation is hoped to bevaluable for the research on BI theory and alication.
